Keith ran through the empty street holding a lantern.
He ran up to a big gate and climbed over it.
There was a big door now presented to him. On it was engraved The residence of the Washington- Holt family.

Keith thought
"I can't believe I agreed to this." Keith muttered. "Its not like I even had a choice."
Looking back on the night when it happened....
Flashback
"Father, I want that Holt girl, she could get us great power for she is the only soft spot Washington has. If we get her, not only will I have a good wife, but we will have a bargaining chip," Lotor said to his father - Zarkon.
Keith's fist's clenched. He knew the girl Lotor was talking about, he had been to her sweet 16. But that was only because he was Lotors head man, he needed to stay by his prince at all costs.
Truth was, Keith had a crush on Miss Katie Washington-Holt.
"Then it has been decided, Kogan will go to the home of the Holt girl, infiltrate it as a servant and get the girl." Zarkon decided.
Keith's head snapped up. "But sir-"
"NO COMMENTS!" Zarkon roared.
Keith scrambled to get to his room.
"At least Shiro will be there," Keith muttered as he packed his clothes.
Shiro was Keith's brother. They were separated at birth.
Keith held his breath as he sneaked in the dead of night across the castle to get his dagger. Keith's dagger was the only thing that reminded him of Shiro.
As Keith's fingers closed around the hilt of the dagger a candle was lit. Lotor was sitting in an arm chair.
"Well what do we have here?" Lotor said as he pranced across the room.
Keith bowed and hid the dagger in his satchel.
"Is little Keithy Boy trying to get on to a ship in the dead of night?" Lotor asked.
Keith nodded.
"Well that is a marvelous idea! You are such a great spy!" Lotor exclaimed. "Y'know what? You are going to be my spy, you will write letters to me encoded in the military code."
And just like that, Keith was on a ship to New York.
End of Flashback
"I DON'T WANT TO GET MARRIED! I WANT TO BE FREE LIKE A BOY!" A voice shouted from the inside.
"YOU ALREADY CUT YOUR HAIR! YOU NEED TO GET MARRIED!" I female voice shouted.
"I AM GOING TO MY ROOM! AND I AM CANDLE WAXING THE DOOR!"
"KATIE ISABELA ELIZA ANGELICA MARGARITA WASHINGTON HOLT YOU GET RIGHT BACK DOWN HERE!"
Oh boy, this is going to be a fun ride. Keith thought
He climbed up a wall and jumped on the roof when he heard sniffling and talking.

"Don't worry Kosmo, I won't let Mother hurt you." Katie Washington-Holt said while brushing a black dog on her lap.
The black dog jumped and growled in Keith's direction.
"Oh! Hello Sir Kogan!" Katie said with flushed cheeks while wiping her eyes.
Keith cringed.
"Please, just Keith." Keith replied.
"Alright Keith." Katie said still wiping her eyes.
"So, what happened Miss Holt."
"Nothing, and its Pidge please," Pidge said taking Kosmo back into her lap.
"Clearly not nothing, I heard yelling and a name, what was it?"
"Oh, you mean Katie Isabella Eliza Angelica Margarita Washington Holt? Yeah, no idea what my parents had in mind when they named me." Pidge laughed.
"Alright." Keith chuckled.
"PIDGE! GET DOWN HERE!" Lance called.
"Oh my! Its so late! I have to go, but any way. I hope I see you around Keith." Pidge exclaimed.
They both got up, but just before Pidge climbed down the rope to her room. She got on her tip toes and planted a kiss on Keith's cheek.
Keith colored bright red as he turned around and ran to a hotel.
