I hope Heath enjoys the food I made for him. It's twelve o clock, I need to run like Cinderella before the magic ends! Please, Heath, don't be upset at me for coming late.
I can't help it because I have no carriage to take me to you, and I have no pumpkin to act as a carriage or mice as horses.
I wish Erica was here to grant me a wish.
Furthermore, I have to rely on my frail body to get to you. I promise we'd go to the park and have ice cream!
I'm practically flying to get to you, Heath. Here, I come!
"'Mom, what are you doing? What happened to your knees? People are staring at you funny for your actions!'"
I grin at my naive son.
"'Isn't it normal to fly to your special someone! Now, we can have fun!'"
"'Mom, don't you see how others are laughing at you! They think your crazy and your knees are red!'"
Heath gulped.
What is his problem?
"'Where you-'"
"'No. I flew here with the power of magic.'"
Heath sighs and lends me a hand.
"'Park and ice cream?'"
His eyes shimmered with hope and pouts. He gave me puppy eyes and I couldn't resist it.
"'You know I didn't forget! That's why I flew! I never break a promise!'"
I smile with pride and determination. My baby's precious smile came back! Hello, Heath's precious smile!
"'How was school?'"
"'It was good.'"
Aww! That's good to here. I assume he would hate it! I can't contain my excitement. It was almost painful.
"'That's wonderful, Heath. I'm proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone!'"
I can't help but to express tenderness. Not only that, but I have the most perfect son in the world. Likewise, I have the most perfect husband in the world. Furthermore, I have the most perfect life in the world. What more can I ask for!
"'Heath, are you crying?'"
I pause and lean down to meet his height. I wrap my arms around his back, and he continues to weep in bliss.
"'I'm proud of you, Heath. Always cherish our moments dearly... forever after. You'll become a Prince. I can feel it!'"
Heath stops crying as I brush my thumb over his tears. I lightly pinch his youthful, soft skin.
"'Mom, your embarrassing me! Stop treating me like a baby!'"
I gasp as my eyes grew wide.
"'You'll always be my baby, and I'll always be your mother.'"
I pick up my baby as we wonder the play ground. There are so many people and I know Heath will make great friends. It's called having a mother's intuition! After he's done playing, we can get ice cream!
"'That's the last thing I told mom, and I regret it! I wish I could turn back time. I DON'T care if I distort time and space for my SELFISHNESS!'"
"'Resume.'"
"'Honey, I'll be sitting here and watching you. Go have some fun!'"
I shout and jump in encouragement. My eyes glow in enchantment. Heath is growing up so fast. I can't help, I'm sentimental.
"'Mom, can we have ice cream, now?'"
I chuckle. Heath's face was red as Snow White's poisonous apple. He was sweating, and the sun stared at me with intense eyes.
"'Of course, ice cream will definitely cool you down.'"
Heath let's out an airy snicker and his eyes beam in curiosity. He held my hand as we ran towards the ice cream stand.
"'I want strawberry ice cream!'"
Heath roars and reaches for it.
"'Thank you.'"
We began exiting the park and his eyes continued to sparkle.
"'Mom, what's wrong?'"
My baby tilts his head in uncertainty. I pet his hair and run my fingers through his locks.
"'Heath, lately you have been feeling down. Even so, it's nice to see you interact with kids your age.'"
Ice cream falls down from Heath's grip and merges with the floor. He shifts his foot to the other side. Straight away, he walks swiftly away from my preference. His eyes stop sparkling.
Now, I feel like the villain of my own story. How dare I hurt my baby!
"'Heath, wait up! I'm sorry for being a diabolical and useless mother.'"
I could no longer see my baby because my hair blocks my sight. My body was acting funny and that only happens when I'm with Bakugou.
"'Mom, it's not your fault and it will never be!'"
Heath stifles and clings onto my dysfunctional body.
"'Now, c'mon mom. I want to do something for you. I need to check up on you because you'll continue to burn your arm.'"
I give him a funny look. Furthermore, I'm grateful for his efforts and concerns, but what on earth is he referring to. He rambles about an imaginary burn on my arm.
Why would I purposely burn myself, and what would I achieve from doing that?
I think Heath needs serious help. Where is he getting these disturbing ideas from?
I am an incompetent mother.
"'Alright, Heath let's go home.'"
"'Mom, my feet are hurting.'"
I offer my son a piggyback ride, and he gladly accepts. I don't care if my body breaks, because I don't NEED it.
"'Look, Bakugou is here!'"
I pant while pointing at the car. It's parked.
I can't wait to see him! It's been forever!
I skip gracefully and Heath trails behind me. My arms carelessly swing the door open.
How strange... it's unlocked.
I stood still as a statue and Heath began sobbing uncontrollably before heading up the colorful stairs.
Why is Bakugou on top of a lady?
