I look out the same window my mother used to look out, her bullet proof window. I gave out a small laugh. I turned this room into my own, granted it was de-assassinated. No hiding spots, no monitors, nothing assassin related of the kind. I was to live normally as any normal teenager would with assassin parents and grandparents of course. The really only normal ones in the family seemed to be Uncle John, Uncle Alex and me.

Also don't worry Uncle John did not marry Jessica however, too many things were in the way and she was a complete bitch. She now controls the mafia and has stopped coming after the family ever since mom, dad, grandma and grandpa left.

I remember that stormy night real clearly.

"Mommy? Daddy? Where are you going?" I ask rubbing my eye as I look at them, dressed in black from head to toe heading outside. Dad had the umbrella facing out his hand almost on the button to pop it open. They look at each other in the eyes and I see my mother's face turn sad and hurt.

"Sweetie, we're going away for a bit. Everything will be alright." She says coming towards me, placing her hands on my arms and kneeling to my level. I looked past her to dad and saw someone behind him.

"Daddy!" I yelled and pointed behind him. He quickly turned grabbing the assailant's hand twisting it up and the gun went down onto the porch. With lightning speed he had his hand behind his back, a murderous look in his eyes.

"So you had a child after all, wait till everyone hears about this." The assailant says with a snicker. I saw my dad's face turn from a murderous look to something I hoped I would have never seen again, I took a step back, frightened. Dad looked up his softens and he then looks at mom and nods. She picks me up and takes me upstairs to their room.

"Mommy? Will daddy be okay?" I ask, even though I was still frightened.

"Daddy will make the bad guy go away honey." I wasn't afraid of the bad guy, not one bit; it was dad that I was afraid of.

As I recalled that memory someone tapped me on the shoulder, I look back to see Uncle Alex there. He looks at me worry in his eyes. "Dani, I've been calling you're name for breakfast for the past ten minutes. Is everything alright?" He asks.

"Yeah Uncle Alex, everything's alright." I say with a sigh and stand up walking past him looking into the kitchen, where Uncle John sat at the breakfast bar reading the newspaper. A plate of eggs and bacon lay on the table before him, untouched. He looks up at me and I see the pain in his eyes. Every day I remind them of whose child I was, their sister Annelise Henrickson. Now known as Annelise Armitage. My features scarily close to hers besides the blue eyes that bore into your soul and other parts of me I care not to explain. It quickly faded as a smile grew on his face.

"Dani, you look very beautiful today. Got a hot date?" I stifled a laugh.

"Stop trying to humor me Uncle you and I both know I'm positively horrendous at socializing with others." Which in fact I wasn't, I just wanted to be alone at school. I took the seat next to Uncle J as Uncle Alex sets down a plate of rice and bacon in front of me. I smile up at him and he gives me a small smile back. I quickly eat the food and look outside at my mother's car in the driveway. Now a silver color, the iron bars removed, but that's it, everything else was still there, the memories, the nice leather seats, and all her updated electronics in there too, even the button for turbo was still intact. Looking at the car my mother left for me, I felt a hand on my shoulder to see Uncle Alex looking at it too. I remember how it suddenly showed up one morning with a note sticking onto our front door saying,
