Akoni, T'Challa, Sam, and Steve sat in a truck.  It was quiet before Sam broke the silence.  "So you like cats?" he asked.  Akoni covered his mouth so he didn't laugh.  "Sam-"

"What?  Dude shows up dressed like a cat and you don't want to know more?" he defended.  "Your suit.  It's Vibranium?" Steve asked.  T'Challa looked out the window.  "The Black Panther has been the protector of Wakanda for generations.  A mantle, passed from warrior to warrior.  And now, because your friend murdered my father, I also wear the mantle of king.  So, I ask you as both warrior and king, how long do you think you can keep your friend safe from me?"  This gave Steve a look of unease as the convoy went underground.

Akoni looked into James' eyes as he was taken away.  His eyes held nervousness and fear.  Those were not the eyes of a terrorist.  "You'll be provided with an office instead of a cell.  Now, do me a favor, stay in it?" Agent Everett Ross informed.  "I don't intend on going anywhere," T'Challa promised.  Inside the office, Akoni kept a close watch on James to make sure there was nothing wrong.  "We should return to Wakanda," Akoni suggested.  "We've already revealed too much, and the Americans like to know everything."

"No," T'Challa stated bluntly.  "If we leave and he escapes again, all of this will have been for nothing."  Akoni nodded in agreement.  He then looked back at the camera.  The man with James pulled out a red book with a star on it.  "жаждущий. Ржавые. Семнадцать. рассвет. печь. Девять. доброкачественный. возвращение домой. Один. грузовой вагон. <Longing. Rusted. Seventeen. Daybreak. Furnace. Nine. Benign. Homecoming. One. Freight Car.>"

James then started punching the class and yelling.  He was completely different than he was a minute ago.  He was docile, passive.  But now he was out for blood.  Akoni and T'Challa quickly ran through the base.  They found James strangling Natasha with his metal arm.  T'Challa kicked him off of her and Akoni attacked with his swords.

Now that the James was being aggressive, Akoni had to fight harder.  After a while, he was thrown into a wall.  The impact made his vision blurry, and he couldn't walk straight.  That was the last thing he saw before blacking out.

Akoni woke up to see T'Challa, who was getting back up on his feet as well.  "Where is Barnes?" he asked him.  "Escaped," T'Challa replied.  The two were then met by a man in a dress shirt nd tie, with a swollen black eye.  "Stark," Akoni said.

"Wow it's so weird how you run into the airport.  Don't you think it's weird?" Stark joked, looking to James Rhodes.  "Defiantly weird," he responded.  "Hear me out, Tony. That doctor, the psychiatrist, he's behind all of this," Steve explained.  Akoni and T'Challa then leapt over a truck, to see Captain America, Falcon, and the Winter Soldier.

"You're after the wrong guy," Steve said after pausing.  Akoni dwelled on this for a moment, but then brushed it aside thinking it was just his overactive imagination again.  "Your judgment is askew.  Your old war buddy killed innocent people yesterday," Tony pointed out.

"And there are five more super soldiers just like him. I can't let the doctor find them first, Tony.  I can't."

"Steve," Natasha interjected.  You know what's about to happen.  Do you really wanna punch your way out of this one?"

"All right, I've run out of patience.  Underoos!" Stark yelled, signaling to a kid in red spandex.  The kid jumped into the air, shooting a web to steal Steve's shield and bind his hands.  "Nice job, kid," Stark complimented.  "Thanks.  Well, I could've stuck the landing a little better.  It's just the new suit.  Well, it's nothing, Mr. Stark. It's-it's perfect.  Thank you."  Akoni let out a sigh as he zoned out of the conversation.

Suddenly, another man in red just appeared from the shield.  Everyone started fighting.  "Move, Captain.  I won't ask a second time," T'Challa warned Steve.  He didn't listen.  He and Akoni began fighting him, Akoni leaving scratches on his shield.  Steve kicked T'Challa away, but Akoni was not so easy.  He dodged the Captain's swings, knowing exactly how Vibranium worked.

He twisted the shield out of Steve's hands, and kicked him to the ground.  "Stay down," he warned, running to Barnes.  T'Challa was busy fighting Clint Barton, so it was up to him.  "I didn't kill your King," he promised.  "Then why did you run?"  Barnes tried to block with his Vibranium arm, but he wasn't going to get out of this airport if he didn't attack.

He then threw a punch at Akoni, who blocked with his swords.  The kinetic energy knocked Akoni back, and Barnes continued running.  Akoni got back on his feet, and chased him into a hangar along with T'Challa.  Natasha, however, was blocking the path.  She electrocuted him and T'Challa.

"I said I would help you find him, not catch him.  There's... a difference," she explained.  T'Challa tried to jump on to the plane, but failed.  Akoni simply glared at Natasha, and walked away.
