Wanda's POV

Time Skip: Back at the compound 12 am

"Hey guys how did the trip go?" Nat asked as we walked in. I look at Y/n I can tell she's still upset about the voice. "It was good." I said taking Y/n's hand. "Where's Tony? We need him." 

"He should be down in either Bruce's lab or basement." She answered. "Ok" I answered. "Hey Nat" Y/n said on our way out.

"Y/n, I know that this voice is something you don't want, but I don't want you to feel like I'm forcing you to talk to Tony." I say, she gives me a kiss. "I'm sure, I can't hurt you again." I give her small smile before meeting Tony in the lab.

"Hey Tony, can we talk?" Y/n asked. 

"Good to see you're found, you had us worried." 

"Yeah that's kind of what we need to talk about." 

"Ok, spill." 

"Well I think Hydra put something in my head, and it tries to turn me into a not so kind version of myself." 

"You want to see if we can take it out?" 

"That would be nice, yes."

"Ok lay on the bed, but I must warn you, this could take a while. You'll have to be asleep for a couple days, maybe weeks." Tony says. Y/n looks at me with concern, but not for her, for me. I didn't want to be apart from Y/n but I knew the voice was killing her it could be the end of all this Hydra stuff.

I nod to Y/n and she looks back up at Tony. "Ok well let's get started, I'll call Bruce in. Wanda you'll have to be outside the lab until we are done." That's what I was afraid of, not being able to see her. She takes my hand and kisses it. "I'll be ok, and so will you." She says, I give her a kiss before leaving and waiting in the kitchen.

"So what happened after the whole emotional thing?" Nat asked. 

"Well she had a few moments but we got through them." 

"What were the moments?" 

"On the plane, she was about to choke me but she stopped it. She nearly killed someone but not sure if that was from the voice or not, and during the end of the show."

"What do you mean nearly killed? Why?" 

"A guy wasn't taking no for an answer at a bar Y/n and I went to. She went to the bathroom and came back and saw him messing with me and she kicked him into a brick wall knocking him unconscious." 

"Looks like you got a keeper." 

"Yeah I do, I just wish there was more for me to do." 

"Well I hope you aren't planning on standing in the kitchen the whole night waiting." 

"I was actually." 

"Come on lets lay down on the couch, that way you're still close to the lab and you'll have company."

I forget how nice Nat can be after getting through so many walls, I smile and she walks over and gives me a hug. We walked over to the couch and we laid down. I didn't go to sleep, it was 1 in the morning. I look down and see Nat had fallen asleep on me so not to long after I fell asleep.

The Next Morning I wake up when I smell someone cooking I get up and see Nat in the kitchen. "You finally woke up." She said. 

"Yeah, what time is it?" I asked walking over to the kitchen counter. 

"9:00am" 

"Why are you in the kitchen?" 

"Use your eyes Maximoff I'm cooking." I laugh a little. 

"I mean why, you never cook." 

"Well I know I'm not a cook like you or Parker but you'll probably be having a few rough days, it's the least I can do to help smooth them out."

"That and sleeping with my girl" Carol said walking down the stairs. 

"What? No, that's not what that was." I said. 

"I'm messing with you Maximoff, I know she was just helping to sleep." 

"Do I sense jealousy?" Nat asked walking over handing me a plate of food and kissing my cheek. Then going over to Carol.

"Thanks Nat" I said walking over to the couch watching the lab door waiting for them to come out. A few hours go by and still nothing. I just need to be patient. Steve had gotten a call for Carol to go on a mission so she left leaving it to be me and Nat. She came and sat next me. 

"Maximoff you need to get out of this compound, at least fresh air from the roof or something." I sigh a little not wanting to miss Y/n waking up but I knew she was right. 

"Could you come with me?" I asked. She nodded and took my hand and we went up on the roof and just sat up there. 

"Why do you and Y/n like this place so much?" She asked. 

"Well because over there, if you look far enough there's a lake, it's a nice view, and it's the best place to be for sunset and sunrises." I explain as Nat just watches me with a smile.

"What?" I asked. 

"When ever you talk about her you have a big smile." I turn my head trying to hide it from Nat. "You know 2 months before she asked you out she talked to me about how much she liked you." Nat said. 

I smack her arm "And you didn't tell me?" 

"It wasn't my thing to tell, she had very little faith you liked her."

"I just don't think I can loose her." 

"You wont loose her, even if she dies I think she would still manage to crawl out of her grave to find you." I laugh at what Nat said which made her laugh. 

"I missed this, we haven't gotten to hang out to much." I said. 

"Just because you were my best friend before Y/n doesn't mean we stopped, you've just been occupied." She says with a smirk. 

"Ok, I get it. Honestly I thought you would've dropped me after I started dating her." 

"Why would you think that?"

"Nat it was obvious you liked her too but not enough to date her. I never really noticed that much honestly but I would catch you starring at her." 

"Didn't think anyone noticed." 

"I can read minds too, you forget that sometimes, but I didn't read yours, or Y/n's." 

"Well, we've been out for long enough, I think we should head back inside, it's starting to get cold." She stands up and grabs my hand.

"Thanks Nat, but you don't have to look out for me until Y/n gets back." 

"Yeah I do, you're my best friend that's what I'm here for." 

"Careful Nat your soft side is showing." She elbows me in the stomach "Never mind" I said.
