I was finally relieved of Tanjiro.  I think me and him are going to need a short break because that completely threw off my entire night. As night finally arrived my stomach let out a hostile hungry growl, it has been a while since I ate. Not human of course! I would never (unless needed) eat a human, it would probably make me feel bad later on anyways. But if  I do get hungry I simply just drain the surrounding animals of blood and use their deceased copses for something useful rather it is their fur/feathers/scales or their teeth, claws, and some meat. If you couldn't tell I hate wasting food.

After having my meal I decided it would be best if I head in for the night seeing as it was probably close to past midnight.

The Next Day

I and Tanjiro ran down the mountain again like every day as the obstacles became more difficult and deadly. Around 1-2 hours later we had made it back down the mountain where master Urokodaki waited for us.

Urokodaki: come with me you two.

We did not question him whatsoever as both I and Tanjiro followed him deep into the snowy forest. When we arrived at our destination which was a small snowy clearing where there sat two massive boulders, one bigger than the other. We stared in pure awe at how big they were. Tanjiro let out a soft gasp as I could already see where Master Urokodaki was going with this.

Urokodaki: If you can slice this boulder, I will allow you to enter the Final Selection.

M//nI💭: I know for a fact that it's possible, I could do it with my bare claws if wasn't for the fact that this is called SWORDSmanship for a reason. But what I am worried about is Tanjiro. Will he be ok? What if he gets hurt? Will I be even able to go to Final Selection with him due to all the wistaria?

I was snapped out of my thoughts by  Tanjiros yelling for master Urokodaki as he walked away and disappeared back into the snow forest.

After that, we never learned anything from him ever again. But again my thoughts are interrupted when Tanjiro takes his first swing at his boulder as his sword did absolutely nothing. *you visibly cringe at the sight*  With that, you walk over to the larger boulder that was about 2x the size of Tanjiro's boulder, you wish you could use your claws but that wouldn't be fair, so you unsheathed my sword and use the blade of it to tap the side of the boulder to try and estimate how dense it was so I could get a feel for how much force I need to put into slicing it completely in half.
