Hogwarts

A whole week had passed, I had spent it with my mother or marc. Last night I made sure to pack all my things and double-checking making sure not to forget anything, my mother had to give me, the locket she had gotten when she went to Hogwarts. It was a beautiful chest-length gold oval-shaped one with a picture of me and my parents in it.

"Get up and get ready" I could hear my mother say as she came into my room. I rolled over under my covers it was way too early.

"ARTEMIS LILIAN DIANA GREY, IF YOU DON'T GET UP RIGHT NOW OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE A COMFY BED TO COME BACK TO. UP NOW" She shouted as she pulled the covers off me. I wrapped my arms around me feeling the cold hit me.

"Okay, I'm up mum," I said while yawning and hopping in a shower.

Mum had laid out a nice top a skirt and boots. So, I got ready and done a half braid on the top of my head and made my way to breakfast.

"morning"

"Morning dear, come eat some breakfast," my father said

"I thought you would be at work dad"

"Yes, well I couldn't go without seeing my daughter off to her first year at Hogwarts, could I?"

"Thanks, dad" I grabbed some eggs and toast and some tea.

"Okay now, do you have everything?"

"Oh, hear before I forget, money for the train."

"Thanks, mum"

"Right let's go we have to be there in 15 minutes"

We arrived at king's cross and grabbed a trolley to put my trunks on. And made our way.

"Mum I don't understand, why are we looking at a wall"

"Just go with it dear it will make sense in a minute"

She then grabbed the trolley with me, and we started running INTO THE WALL. Before I knew it my eyes were sewed shut while I was running and I could tell my breakfast about to come back up until we stopped running.

"Okay dear open your eyes" I slowly opened them, and my jaw dropped as my eye went wide.

"wow"

"Amazing right?"

"yeah" "its- I mean WOW"

My mother let out a laugh "come on let's find Marcus and get you two on the train."

While walking through everyone I finally saw him.

"MARC!" I shouted.

"Hey, we've been waiting for you. Shall we go?"

"Yeah! Bye mum"

"Hey, wait, I want a photo of you two"

"Come now"

"MUM"

"NOW"

We went back to her and smiled for the photo; marc had his arm around me with the train in the background.

'CLICK'

"Okay not on you go have fun and behave!"

"Yeah, okay bye mum" I waved her off and made my way to sit with marc.

We found seats with a few people we knew an older girl called molly and boy Theus.

"Hey, Theus, how have you been?"

"Hey Artemis, I'm good just not a fan of long train rides" he gives a nervous laugh.

I Knew him from our families most respected purebloods knew each other from the party and that. He was a tall boy for his age, with dark hair and pale skin, he had a lot of freckles around the bridge of his nose and big brown eyes. His eyes were kind and welcoming.
