"Sweety, it's time to wake up. Today is your first day of school." my mom yelled from down stairs. School? When did we discuss school? Hold on, am I dreaming, because this can't be happening. "What?" I yelled back. "come down here." my mom shot back. So I went down stairs and saw my mom cooking breakfast. She was cooking bacon, eggs, and sausage.

"Mom what are you talking about school. I thought you and dad said that it isn't a good idea because I am a freak." I said while eating.

"First, we thought you still need to go to school so you can get your education. Second, you are not a freak." my mom said with a serious look. "No, first, I can just be homeschooled and second, yes I am. I am the only one who has a blue and a red eye. Also I can see demons and spirit's. And I can send them to hell and heaven. If you forgot all that. Witch I don't think you did, mom" I said rolling my eyes.

"Now, now no need for the smat-mouth. Your going to school end of story. Understood.." my mom said. "Understood." I said under my breath. It was six ten. I had to wait outside for five min. The bus came around six sixteen. The bus number was five. By looks of it was the last bus stop. I got on the bus and once I steped one foot on the bus everyone was quiet and the eyes were drawn to me. I walked to the way back. I saw there was only one seat empty, so I sat in it. As soon as I sat down everything went back to the way it was.

I arrived at school. My schedule is kind of confusing. To me. My schedule is:
First period - Science
Second period - gym/heath
Lunch
Third period - chorus
Forth period - math
Fifth period - ELA
Sixth period - Social Studies

I was on the bus reading over my schedule when someonesat by me.

"Hi, my name is kacy. What's your name?" she said. "Serenity" I said looking down. I if had my sunglasses I would look her in the eye, but I left them in my room. What a bummer.

"What'd wrong." Kacy said. "Nothing really." I said quietly. "Then why won't you look me in the eyes. It is really rude not to." Kacy said irritated. "Because you might get scared. And that's not really what I am looking for on my first day." I said more loudly. "Come on don't be red I ridiculous. I promise I won't scream or call you a freak." Kacy said with one had in the air and one on her heart. "Uhhh. Okay." I waited a couple minutes to build up the some courage to show her my eyes.

My hands felt really sweaty and I had still had that headache from this morning. So I just decided to get this over with. I lifted my head and turned to her.

She went quiet. All I saw her do was cover her mouth. I waited a minute or two for her reaction, but nothing. Not a thing. "I told you. Now you think I am a freak, right." I said putting my head back down. "No, no, no, no, I am just surprised. I never seen anything like it. It's amazing! Your eyes are so cool! You must feel soooo lucky!" Kacy said with an exited expression on her face. "You really think so. Huh, well your wrong." I said with a sad expression. "Can we talk about this later." I said putting my head back down. Kacy just stayed quiet for the whole rest of the way.

School passed by fast surprisingly nobody said I was a freak, well except for the popular group. I got on the bus and Kacy was already sitting there. I walked over to my seat and sat down.
