"Why haven't you talked to Ballora yet-!?!?" broke through my calm sleep, making me shiver in fear. I recognized that voice... I think..? But... not in a good way. "I will!.. Just give me a little time-" I yawned softly, opening my eyes and rubbing them, looking around the room timidly. Freddy was standing in the doorway, blocking my view from the person with the glitchy voice. I sat up quickly, listening worriedly.
"Why haven't you been around-? Why here of all places." The glitchy voice demanded lowly, and I shivered slightly... What did it mean? Who....was that.... It sounded familiar. Not in a good way. Freddy shifted slightly, his ears falling back. I crawled off the bed onto the ground silently. I peeked around the corner of the second bed, trying to get a look at the stranger, my curiosity and fear guiding me.
"I-... M-mm... Why don't we talk somewhere else?" Freddy would state, afterward clearing his throat, walking out of the doorway a bit into the hallway, trying to get whoever was there to leave, I still hadn't gotten a good look.
"What are you hiding?"
Freddy froze, his ears laying back completely. For a few seconds, there was a tense silence, then Freddy was shoved to the side. He protested with a growl and I ducked behind the bed quickly, avoiding being seen. Or at least I hoped I had. I held back a whimper of fear, Freddy continuing his protest with an annoyed, "Hey! M-mm.."
I heard heavy footsteps travel into the room a bit, and I tensed, freezing as they stopped. I curled up, hiding my face as I trembled. I heard the strange voice stutter with a soft growl, "What-t!?.." I looked up hesitantly, my eyes widening in terror as I stared up at the wire-bear towering over me.
I yelped, sitting up and scooting back against the wall, shaking pretty hard now..... 'Him... Him- he- no-!..no- he was gonna hurt me!... He attacked me-! My friends!...' Molten's ears laid back as he stared at me. 'W-was he going to kill me-e?!' I felt hot tears drip down my face, my gaze locked on his, but my vision was blurring from the tears. I hugged myself- pressing further into the corner.
I heard Freddy walk over quickly. "Kid... calm down...s-shhh..." All that was running through my mind was fear..... I couldn't stop my thoughts, still crying. After a few seconds, I felt soft paws pick me up, though I still reacted with fear, struggling against him, "No-no! N-no-o- " I didn't want comfort, I wanted to run, to get away. I had to get away!
Freddy lowered his voice a bit as he tried to calm me, "H-hey - Kid- It's okay- . . . ! " I managed to slip from his grip, getting away from him.. But only for a second, Molten was standing too close to me, and I was too afraid to push past him, so I froze once again. I stared up at the two bears, my face damp with tears.
Molten's expression seemed to be an emotion I didn't recognize, his ears were pinned against his head though... "Wh...what is going on?!..." He looked at me before taking a few steps back, his gaze turning to Freddy, who replied quickly, "Th..this- is um-.... Daycare.. Bryan..." "H-he?!- Oh-.... mm-" His ears twitched softly, turning back to look at me, seemingly able to recognize me now.
I still felt tears falling down my face, backing up from Molten a bit. I felt Freddy firmly pick me up- sitting me on his lap on the bed. I curled up, clutching onto Freddy's fur, still trembling, but I felt safer in his lap. Molten backed away again, asking, "Why... is he here?"
"He just... came here.... He refuses to go back home..."
"He ca..can't-- Stay... Here. You kn..now that. It's not.. Saf-"
I interjected quickly with a whine, "N-no!!! Y-you-u c-can't-t sen-nd me-e ba-ack!!!!" Molten went quiet, looking at me, almost... analyzing me. I whimpered fearfully, curling up tighter into Freddy's lap. Molten sighed, then asked, "What happened..? Why did you run away....?" I shook my head, burying my face into Freddy's fur.Freddy gently ran his paw through my hair, it felt good.... And I slowly relaxed...... but I still wasn't comfortable. Freddy mumbled, "He wouldn't tell me either..." Molten sighed again, putting his head down, "Well... You're gonna have to take care of him.."
"I will-"
"Good... Just- .. Hhhh-.. Keep him out of sight... Don't want any of the remaining... Twisteds..."
"Yeah- I-... Realize that."
"Or the others ask about B-"
"I know. I thought this through Molten. I've got this handled..."
Molten nodded, taking a few steps to the door. "Well, then I'll leave you to it-"
"Molten-"
"I have things to do, besides he doesn't want me here."
"I-........ O..okay-"
Molten left hurriedly. I moved a bit to watch him leave, my fear subsiding and a bit of guilt.... He... didn't... seem......... mean. Least... not right now? Had I overreacted? I thought through everything.... He.... seemed so scared of how I'd reacted. He left so quickly. And the way Freddy acted around him......... I whined quietly, knowing I'd been wrong. I hugged Freddy tightly, looking at the door. I... Didn't... mean to-...

Molten hurried to Ballora's Bakery, his ears still laid back. Seeing Daycare Bryan's terror as he looked at him brought back memories. Not... good... memories. He shivered lightly, mumbling to himself, "Guess I'm still a monster, huh-?" He scoffed quietly as he walked through the hold in the wall, finding himself face to face with T.B. He sighed, walking past him.
"M-molten! T-there you a-are!... Where's... F-freddy?"
"He's busy. We're telling Ballora ourselves. Come on." The bunny's ears laid back slightly with a nod, hurrying beside Molten. This was going to be quite the conversation....
