Nicki's POV

I got home to a swarm of kids crowded around my legs. sometimes I lose count of all my siblings "hey guys how are you?" I ask with a big smile
"Nicki!!! Jefisjhchfhebsjcjsjsb" (I could barely hear one of them because there are so many different voices) " hold up, Hold up! One at a time!"
"Nicki I went to school today and I think Jo Jo has a crush on me!" "Kalya I don't think you should be thinking of boys at this age." I said with a scared face. I watched as Kalya's grin faded "don't worry you will find someone someday."
"Right" Renee said with a smirk
"Shut up Renee" I snapped
"Nicki said a bad word!" My lil brother Dyler said
"Grrrr" I said stomping up the stairs
When I get to my room I put down my bag on my bed and I see a note there

"Dear Nicki, sorry for scaring you. I bet your asking how I got your address but I just needed to talk to you, I am thinking about my decision on whether or not I should join dauntless. But I can't tell you everything on paper I need to see you, I need your help, so can you meet me at the juice bar at 4? Your friend, Caleb .
The first thing I thought about was how he could possibly find out where I live. "Mom! Did someone drop something off for me?"
"Actually a boy named Caleb came over to drop a letter off for you he said it was important so I put it on your bed" my mom said
"Okay thanks" I called back at her.
"Wait mom! Can I go to the juice bar at 4?"
"Sure!" She yelled back "just be home by 5:30 your making dinner tonight."
"Alright" I said with a frown

I looked at the clock it was 3:30 so I had enough time to change
I called NiMi for help and she said she would be over in 2 minutes
NiMi showed up with the biggest smile. she almost looked crazy her eyes where almost popping out of its sockets. "hey..." I said looking at her eyes
"OMG DID HE ACTUALLY SEND YOU THAT?!?!?!" She was almost screaming
"Wait..," I hear my sister walk to the door of my room "that stupid kid Caleb sent you a message and now your trying to dress up? Wow your an idiot" she said chuckling under her voice
"Since when did you become the love doctor?" I asked while I crossed my arms
"I don't have to be a love doctor to know common sense" she said with a smile
"Okay then you come and you tell me what to wear"
"Don't wear anything to dressy because he will know you are trying, just play it cool."
"Thanks for taking all my advice Renee" NiMi said under her breath
"Anytime" Renee responded with a wave as she walked out of the room
I looked at the clock and it was 3:58 "OMG ITS 3:58 I NEED SOMETHING TO WEAR!!!!"
NiMi threw me a pair of jeans and my favourite black shirt with a patterned cardigan with uggs and root socks
"Umm don't you think this is a little white for me?" I say looking at my outfit
"Whatever just go!" NiMi said while pushing me
"Bye mom!" I yell while being dragged out the door. "bye dumpling!"She called back
