Shivaay helped her throughout the process and even sent up a car to drop sahil at his new school. While coming back Annika got a call from a major event management firm. The CEO was invited to SidMals wedding and she really liked her work. They offered Annika a full-time job with a decent salary and asked her to join immediately.

The idea of a full-time job and not having to worry about rent and bills anymore, brightened her mood. She was so happy she immediately told Sahil and Chanda, but there was another person she wanted to share this good news with. She just couldn't think how to approach him and if it would even be appropriate.

She visited the temple to thank god for bringing some peace in her life - Sahil's schooling was sorted, she had savings from what she earned as Mallika's wedding planner and now she got a job without any hassle. She was a little scared though, worried if something bad happens and ruins her happiness. But she pushed those thoughts aside, took some prasad, and headed to the Oberoi mansion.
