Hold my breath, count to 10
Try to breath in again
I'll close my eyes for a while
When I open up, I find
Can't feel my hands
Cant feel my feet
What's going on inside of me
Is my brain, is it sane
Am I gonna die here
Right here
I'm having a panic attack
Can't find my way back
Can't stop the hammer in my chest
Can't see what's going on in front of me
Can't breath, I'm suffocating, asphyxiating
What happened, Will I come back
I don't know which way is up
Stuck in a cloud, a misty haze
Know what I want
But I can't think straight
I just want to breath
Be right of the anxiety
So let me be
Let it cease
Let me breathe
I'm six feet deep
And I can barely breathe
