The globe

The snow begins to fall upon the ground,
Gentle flakes dance around us all day long,
They drift around and land without at sound,
Whilst majestic birds sing their festive song.

The city scape is a marvellous view,
Bold lights framing a scene for all to see,
The Empire State Building looks anew,
Towering tall spreading cheer through towns quay.

Let's celebrate Christmas altogether,
Through food, decorations and carolling,
Let's celebrate in this frosty weather,
In a way than makes us dance laugh and sing.

All concealed in a globe of memories,
That last forever and tell our stories.
