Y/N is the 2nd born in her family. She never wanted to be apart of the royal family. She wishes she could live out in the woods far away from her kingdom and family. Her older brother Prince Dream is destined for the throne and she was just waiting...
It was the day of the wedding and I couldn't be anymore nervous. I was pacing back and forth waiting for my handmaiden Elisa and my mother's former handmaiden Allana to come in with my wedding dress. They helped me into a corset before leaving to retrieve the dress from my father. I was told my father traveled out of the realm to find the designer for this dress and I just wanted it to be perfect.
If this wedding doesn't go smoothly one of the kings could declare war and it could literally be the end of my kingdom. I mean my kingdom falling would be spectacular but it would mean the death of thousands of citizens and that's not fair for them. As I'm lost in thought I didn't notice them come back. "M'lady calm down there is no need to be nervous, everything will run as smoothly as possible" Elisa said causing me to jump since she startled me.
"Oh you ladies are back, I didn't hear you come in" I replied before seeing the big white dress in their hands. They saw my shocked expression when I looked at the dress and smiled. "We knew you'd fall in love with it" Allana said sweetly before her and Elisa helped me into it. For once I was glad I had a corset on since I knew it would have been a tight fit without it.

I heard small sniffles coming from the women once they finished putting my hair in a bun. "Oh your mother would be so proud. All she dreamt about was seeing you walk down the aisle to your future husband. I know she will be looking down on you more than ever today" Elisa said while putting me in my mother's wedding jewelry. It was her final wish that I wear the same jewelry she wore on her wedding day. Allan said that Elisa was right before doing my makeup.
"Now this last piece had to be replicated since she was buried with it but your father was able to have it made as close to the original as possible." Allana said taking out a medium size box before opening it. I gasp as tears threaten to fall but I managed to hold it together. It was a replica of the tiara my mother wore on her wedding day.

Elisa put it on me and I again almost started crying but refrained from doing so. We heard a knock on my door and Allana went to go open it. I see my brother and father emerge from the hallway. I turn to face them both and I saw a tear roll down his cheek. My brother looked at me with happiness. "My beautiful daughter, you look as beautiful as your mother did on our wedding day. You resemble her a lot I hope you know that" He said letting the tears keep falling.
"Awe father please don't cry you will make me cry" I said fighting back my own tears. My brother came and gave me a hug. "Wow Y/N, I never thought I'd see the day you get married." He joked earning a playful smack on the arm from me. "Well it's time to get you to the church my dear, Clay please escort your sister to the carriage. I'll meet you two there, I have to grab something" My father instructed and Clay did what he was told.

I was nervous as hell waiting in the church for my bride. My father has tried to calm me down but nothing is working. "Son everything is going to be okay, if she doesn't show then we know what we have to do" he whispered the last part. "She's going to show up father I'm just nervous about the responsibility that comes with marriage and the coronation next week." I stated nervously fidgeting with my rings. Before my father could respond the musicians started playing.
My father takes his seat and I see Y/N walk down the aisle and my breath got caught in my throat. She looked stunning, I know arranged marriages don't really work romantically but I feel an actual emotional connection with her. She is nothing like any of the other princesses I've met. I can tell she shares my views on being a part of a royal family. I want to live in the woods away from everything. I absolutely despise government and I think all governments should burn.
From what I can tell she feels the same way. She's not what people consider ordinary and I find that admirable and attractive. Maybe this marriage will work out after all. I thought to myself before Y/N finally stood next to me in front of the priest. ( I have no idea how weddings work so I'm going to skip the ceremony and go straight to the after party thing) Y/N and I have reached the garden seeing all the decorations put up for the reception.
The reception was held at my family's castle since after the coronation it will be her new home until I figure out a plan to bring down the empire. We thanked guests and we made our way around to everybody making small talk before Y/N's father made his way over to us. "Open this after the coronation. It's a gift from me and prince Clay" He said handing us a fairly large box. "Father the gift table is just there" Y/N said jestering over to the gift table.
He just nodded his head and Y/N apologized for his behavior. "How do you feel about anarchy?" I whispered seeing a smirk appear on her face. "I encourage it" She whispered back and I couldn't help but smile. "Oh really? I admire that in a wife" I whispered back and she blushed. "Good. How do you feel about taking down a royal kingdom, specifically ours?" She whispered and I again smile. "I would feel very good with that" I replied back in a whisper.
"I admire that in a husband" She smirked and it was my turn to blush. That was the conformation I needed. Starting after the coronation myself and my new wife will do everything in our power to make sure our kingdom falls. I thought to myself before asking Y/N to dance.
