We have been receiving a lot of PMs and comments about the timeline for these awards. We have roughly put everything together and created the timeline below.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
➜ Not everything may go according to this timeline because we have not yet got the full amount of judges and participants.
➜ Judges can begin judging BEFORE the official judging starts IF they have already been assigned their books to judge.
➜ For judges, to see the books you have been assigned, check the genre that you filled the form in for and you will most likely see your username above FIVE books.
If you want to be tagged where your judging books are, please comment here stating so.
➜ Again, for judges, you are welcome to tag the writers of the books that you are judging to remind them to follow you if they have not already.
THE TIMELINE: (ROUGH IDEA)
30th June - Stop accepting participants and judges 7th July - Round one judging officially starts for 2 weeks

21st July - End of judging for round one

25th July - Results for round 1 will be published
***
31st July - Round 2 judging starts
***
13th August - End of judging for round 2
***
15th August - Results for round 2 will be published
***
20th - Final round judging starts
***
30th August- Final results are revealed
***
31st August- Prizes are given to everyone (may take a few days/weeks) 1st September - END OF AWARDS
