Hades Junior printed out 300 copies of The Meijer Code of Conduct to make sure he had enough for the 200+ stores in the company. He had his men personally deliver each one to every Meijer store manager with a note saying,

'To whom it may concern,

I am Henry, the new CEO of Meijer, and I am sending you all this packet titled MCC (which stands for The Meijer Code of Conduct). You and all of your employees will follow every rule listed in this book or all of you will be fired. Thank you for your cooperation.'

When Bertha (the Jenison Meijer manager) got the note, she couldn't believe it, "What the heck am I supposed to do with all this? I hate reading!"

Her husband came into the living room, dressed in a Mickey Mouse onesie, and asked her what was wrong.

"Oh... Derek... nothing's wrong."

"Well, there has to be something wrong if you're making that face!"

"It's nothing much, just that I don't want to read this whole thing..."

Derek grabbed the MCC and note from Bertha's hand and began to read, "Henry? I thought Gerald was the CEO? And this is a LOT of rules to follow..."

"I know, that's my problem! What am I supposed to do?"

"Just skim and pretend you know what you're talking about. It not like this 'Henry' would know if you mess up a little bit, right?"

"I guess... but what about Jerry? He's in urgent care and possibly surgery! I don't want to have to make the same speech twice!"

"Wait... you mean that new guy? Just fire him. That'll get him out of your way."

"Ok... I guess," Bertha said as she walked to the bedroom.
