Two days later

It was dark when they were standing there. Scarlet in a dark dress, the same with Severus and August, all dress up in black. "Here lies our beloved friend, son, brother and a father." The priest said as he looks down on the ground were the coffin of her father lay.

Today was the day, the funeral. Scarlet next to her uncle, her arms around his body, and softly cry.

She, her uncle and August was the only one here. Other than the wizard priest. "We thank you God, that you have given the life of Alatar Snape. That we have the time to have met this lovely man, and to show how important he was. We will be forever thankful of you." The priest pray with the bible in his hands. He looks down on the chest.

He looks around. "Let us pray." The priest close his eyes, and take his hands together. The priest says one of the following prayers. "Our father in heaven, we thank you, through Jesus Christ, you have given us the gift of eternal life. Keeps us firm in the faith, that nothing can separate us from your love. When we lose someone who is dear to us, help us to receive your comfort and to share it with one another. We thank you for what you have given us through Alatar Snape..." The priest kept going, making Scarlet cry even more.

Her uncle take his arms around Scarlet, and hold her close. August stood beside them, laying a hand on Scarlet shoulder. His dark hair in front of his face. Brown eyes that was hiding behind close eyelids. He tried to blink the tears away, but it did not work. Scarlet did not dare to hide it, she cries into her uncle chest. Severus was the one that did not show any tears. He tried his best not to show it. Scarlet did not need to see him cry, he have to be strong for her.

The priest lets three hand-full of earth fall on the coffin, saying "From dust you came, to dust you shall return. Jesus Christ, our Saviour, shall raise you up on your last day." The priest makes the sign of the cross. After he looks at Scarlet, Severus and August.

"Let's take out our wand." The priest took out his, and waited for the others. Scarlet steps aside and take out her. The same for her uncle and August. As they all raise their wands, it show a light at the end the tip. To show they honor to their beloved friend, beloved brother, beloved father and a great person.

The light from the wand light up the ground, and the trees. Even four wand light could light the whole place up. The priest was the first to put down his wand. Soon follows by the three. The priest walks over to them. "I'm sorry for your loss, he at peace now." The priest walks away, and into his church, leaving the three of them.

"I'm so sorry Scarlet." August said in his deep voice, looking at the girl.

Scarlet did not know what to say as she looks down on the ground. Her eyes hurt from crying, her cheeks red from the tears. She had a slightly headache, because of the crying.

"But he left this before he did." August open his jacket, taking out a letter and a small box. "Read it, when you get home." He handle it to her. She looks down on the box and letter and take it.

"What is it?" She asks as she move her glance to him.

He shrug his shoulders. "I don't know. It laid on the table when I visited him. His letter was in his hands, and the box on the table, saying your name on it."

Scarlet looks down on the box and letter. "Thank you."

He nods his head and smile. "See you soon." Severus and Scarlet nods they head and bed they goodbye to him. Before retuning back to Hogwarts.

When they got back, Scarlet was in her room. The box and letter on the bed. She was sitting against the wall, looking down on it. She did not know if she had the guts to open it and read it.
