The Wendigo (Mina Ashido x OC)

Chapter 13

It was just after 6:30, and Yushedo had just arrived on his front doorstep. He let Mina hop off of his back and adjust her clothes. He looked down at her with a serious look.

"Ok, look. You already met Suyedo. He's pretty relaxed all the time. He has a girlfriend who spends a lot of time with him, so she might be here too. She can be a little... uppity. That's the polite word...

My sister, Shayuda is a sweet little thing. She really likes messing with me and my dad's antlers, so she'll probably try and play with your horns, too. Me and my dad don't mind it, but if you want her to stop, just say so and she will.

My dad's pretty relaxed. His fangs are more prominent than mine, so they stick out of his mouth a bit. He's in a wheelchair, so I thought I'd let you know ahead of time so you're not caught off guard.

My mom is usually pretty calm, but she gets real riled up about certain things. Mainly, anything concerning her kids, so she's probably going to flip when you meet her. Not in a bad way, though. More of a "oh my God, my baby's finally got a little girlfriend" type of way."

Mina took all of this information in before nodding. She jumped up and pecked Yushedo on the cheek. He smiled and bent down before landing a small kiss on her lips. He went to stand back up, but she quickly cupped his cheeks and pulled him back down and kissing him with a burning passion.

She broke off the kiss with a "mwah" before releasing him and watching his face burn up red. He took a moment to recover before unlocking and opening the door.

The couple stepped inside the house and were instantly hit with the sweet aroma of fresh apple pie amongst other foods. He led Mina towards the kitchen to find his mother and another woman.

The woman had aqua blue hair and equally blue eyes. She stood fairly tall at about 5'8. The woman looked over from her conversation with Yushedo's mom and at Yushedo.

"Hey, Shedo." The woman looked at Mina and frowned. "And person I don't know."

"Hey, Tasami." Yushedo greeted the woman.

At this point, Yushedo's mom turned to face him and Mina. She frowned at the pinkette.

"Oh, I didn't know you were inviting a friend to dinner." She said as she walked over to them. She looked at Mina and extended her hand. "Yimi Tekato, Shedo's mom! And you?"

Mina smiled and took the elder Tekato's hand.

"Mina Ashido! Shedo's girlfriend!" She stated proudly.

Yimi and Tasami both froze and looked at each other with their mouths gaped open. Yushedo blushed slightly as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"I-I thought I'd introduce her to you guys tonight..." he said nervously.

Yimi, falling out of her shock, gasped before squealing like a school girl, startling the other three people in the room. She leaned down slightly and wrapped Mina in a tight hug.

"Oh my God, my baby's finally got a little girlfriend!" She squealed as she began holding Mina even tighter. Mina looked over Yimi's shoulder and at Yushedo, who was currently stifling a laugh.

"I told you." He said as he covered his mouth.

Yimi released Mina and immediately went to Yushedo and wrapped him in a hug even tighter than the one before.

"It's about time, Shedo! I was beginning to worry that you'd never find a girlfriend!" She revealed to the room.

"Wow that's a nice thing to say..." he Yushedo deadpanned.
