Four | When he realises you're upset, the first thing Four will do is still your movements, and bring you in towards him in a big hug. He holds you gently in his strong toned arms, his soft smell enveloping you and his presence so sure and calming. He even rubs your back and strokes your hair for a moment, asking you calmly what's wrong and what's causing you to feel upset. He's happy just to stay there, keeping you close, allowing you to get all the comfort you need. Four, rather than trying to find a solution for you, calmly talks you through your thoughts, keeping you grounded by reminding you of what's real or not, not allowing your thoughts and feelings to run away with you and get the best of you. He murmurs soft encouragements against your neck and ear as you steady your breathing and naturally calm down, and praises you when you start to feel better, kissing you when you end up smiling.

Eric | As soon as Eric realises you're upset, Eric will turn you around  so that you're facing him, and take your hands into his much bigger ones. He'll scoop down until he's eye-level with you, his grey eyes searching your expression, and his deep voice is calm and controlled as he asks you what's wrong, with very serious demenour. It's important to him to know exactly what it is that is troubling you, and his serious gaze pins you until he gets an answer out of you - only then, does he pull you in for a bear hug, holding you tight against his much bigger body and giving you all the comfort you need, murmuring sweet things in your ear and easing the hurt, his mind racing as he finds a solution to your problems or finds a way to bring you more peace and calm. His presence is overpowering, in a soothing way, so that you feel your panic and stress melting away as Eric comforts you and protects you, even if it's against yourself.

Peter | Peter is quick to pick up on the fact you're upset, and will immediately be alert and on the lookout for anything or anyone that might be making you feel that way

Peter | Peter is quick to pick up on the fact you're upset, and will immediately be alert and on the lookout for anything or anyone that might be making you feel that way. He'll pull you in close, shielding your body with his own as he scopes around and is ready to pick a fight with anyone who might have upset you. It's only when you tell him what's wrong that Peter pulls his attention to you entirely, and his behaviour switches from defensive and guarded to soft and soothing - he hadn't realised the turmoil was internal. He appears at first a little taken aback, because in his eyes you're always so strong and upbeat and have no reason to be anything other than that, so this boy turns surprisingly soft, cooing sugary-sweet nothings with a bit of a smile, until he's making you laugh with the cringe pet-names he's coming up with, and the way he's fussing over you. Once you're distracted and laughing, he'll turn serious and make sure to reassure you, and to make sure he's there for you.

Will | When he realises you're upset, chances are Will has a good idea as to why, and he'll immediately know how to say all the right things to calm you down and reassure you, because he pays close attention to everything you say or casually mention

Will | When he realises you're upset, chances are Will has a good idea as to why, and he'll immediately know how to say all the right things to calm you down and reassure you, because he pays close attention to everything you say or casually mention. He's good at talking you out of bad moods, because of how reasonable he is and how logical all his points are... it's a bit like having a councillor on beck-and-call. He's fair and balanced, and quick to give you motivating pep-talks, his brown eyes sparkling with humour as he slips in a joke or two that make you giggle. Ultimately, Will is good at talking sense into you and leaving you deeply comforted, without doing much more that holding your hand and stroking your back... but he will happily kiss you and hug you close once you're calm and feeling better.

Al | Al is quick to pick up on your mood, as he's so attentive to you - always keeping an eye on you, and sensitive to your emotions anyway as he's so close to you

Al | Al is quick to pick up on your mood, as he's so attentive to you - always keeping an eye on you, and sensitive to your emotions anyway as he's so close to you. As soon as he senses you're upset, he'll wander over to you and wrap his arms around you, hugging you from behind. He holds you safe, and leans down to kiss you softly on the side of your head and then your neck. If you get a bit emotional at that point, surprised and touched he's so in tune with you, Al will turn you around and pick you up, and hold you up in his arms and call you his little koala bear once you wrap your arms and legs around him. He'll stop whatever else you were doing, until it's all about you and your comfort. You might find that just being held by him is enough to make you feel safe and loved, and he won't pressure you to say anything or even explain what you're feeling or why - he's just happy to be there for you, and keeping you safe and holding you tight. If you want to talk, he'll listen attentively, but don't be surprised if he cancels whatever plan or activity you had going on, and just focuses on you and making sure you're okay, until you are.
