We were at the Fourth of July parade and me, Heather and Natalie were standing in the crowd.

"Oh look there's Bishop" heather said pointing to him."

"Oh and Diggins" Natalie added.

"Maybe you could work him for intel" I said.

"Hey" Bishop said as we walked over to him.

"Ladies" Diggins greeted us.

"No, no ladies it's been nine days Diggins have you not heard anything from the judges?" Nat asked.

"Patience grasshopper, patience" he said to her.

"MainStreet wireless wishes you a safe and happy fourth of a July" the announcer spoke.

"And to think that could have been you" Bishop said to Heather.

"Mm."

"And why don't you wave goodbye to the Ghost of shittier Jobs past Heather" Natalie spoke moving heather hand to wave. 

"Yeah, which finger should I use" heather spoke making me and Nat laugh.

"And how bout them tri-county beauty queens hun?" The announcer spoke again.

"Oh check out Leela" Nat said "she looks beautiful."

Leela threw a rose to Bishop and he caught it.

"She's into you" Diggins told him.

"Shut up" he responded.

Someone passed me a flag which I took.

"Alright later losers" Diggins said as we walked of.

I looked down at the flag and saw a key symbol.

"Uhh guys" I spoke showing them the flag.

"I mean it's got to be a clue right?" I asked.

Heather and Bishop were swinging on the swings and me and Nat were sat down on a bench.

"Seriously" Nat shouted at them "we just got are first clue in weeks and now you guys wanna recapture your sense of childhood joy?"

"It's a national holiday Nat, slacking off is patriotic" Bishop responded.

"We're gonna go find Shawna" I told them "she says the marching band has a musical float maybe that's supposed to be the key?"

"Good luck Sherlock" Bishop said to me and Nat as we walked away.

We were in dodges car driving to the challenge, me and Heather were sitting next to each other in the back seat and Nat was in the passenger seat.

"Time flies so fly like the crow to reap future treasures from wars long ago take one of these tokens along when you leave and send proof in pictures by midnight to me" Diggins spoke before looking at Ray at yelling "Ray can you please stop that."

"Um translation please" Troy asked.

"Troy I wish that I could help you but the puzzle is part of" he responded before getting cut off by summer.

"You're supposed to steal something."

"Thank you summer."

"Uh so we have to go in-inside the house?"

"Illegal entry it happens every year" heather spoke.

"Hmmm student becomes the master" Nat said to her.
