Hidden Clocks
Hidden Clocks,
I take my time to install these lines
As detailed as my dreadlocks,
I smile each day away
Because it's troubling when my head gets caught,
Inside my hands
Catch me again
Bathing in the 90's wrath
Life that chose to adapt,
To the oldies
To the older me's
To the one's that supposed to be consoling me,
To the homies
But one day I'll know i'll forget,
Where i come from
Where I'm going,
Don't we all at times?, don't all at times?
Dethroned thoughts leaving a vivid smile,
I write for the longest
Pinning miles,
Careful now
You jolly old soul,
Careful now don't tear a hole
Don't tear out your roots,
The ones of your feet
And the ones of you head
How do i kill time?
Modern days just aren't for me,
How do i conceal time?
Past days are stalking me,
How do i reveal time
Future days are mocking me,
How do i? How do i?
