Devon's P.O.V:

I finally zone back in as Hagrid pulls Harry and through a bar called The Leaky Cauldron. As we walk in the entire bar goes quiet. Whispers could be heard from the people.

'Are those the twins who lived?'

'What's the girl doing here? I thought she was dead?'

' Where have they been hiding?'

I look to Hagrid in question. Was I supposed to be dead? Hagrid seeing the questions in my eyes took Harry and i to a table and began to tell us our past.

Apparently we were The Twins Who Lived because a dark wizard had tried to kill us. He succeded in killing out parents. That's how Harry and I got our scars.

Hagrid talks to us for a while longer, until we head to bed for the night. So we are ready for tomorrow.

~Next Day~

I wake up slowly, my thoughts a bit confused on what happened in the past few days. I climbed out of bed walking to the bathroom to get ready.

I put on a pair of Black skinny jeans, a plain gray tank top, a deep red beanie, matching hightop shoes, black heart earrings, and my gold heart necklace that Harry had been able to buy me for my 10th birthday.

I grab my back pack and walk down the stairs to see Harry and Hagrid waiting for me.

Harry hearing me looks up at me in question "Where did you get those clothes?"

I shrug my shoulders at him. "I don't know I just wanted different clothes and poof there they were sitting on my bed after I showered."

Hagrid looks at me with a questioning glance. " They just showed up?" I nod my head. He just makes a movement to follow him and walks off mumbling something about wandless Magic.

Hagrid, Harry and I all walk down the busy streets until we hit a huge slanted building with the words Gringotts on it.

"Now Ya' her' don't go looking at them. They are nasty little critters. Just stay close alright?" Hagrid speaks to us. I look at him confused but nod my head.

We walk inside to see these ugly tiny creatures. " Hagrid, what are they?" Harry speaks in a hushed tone. " Goblins. "

Hagrid walks to the front desk where a short man is looking at a book. " We would like to open The Potter vault and Dumbledores Vault." He says in a hushed tone.

The goblin nods and takes us to what seems to be a small train car.

We go on this horrible ride that seems like a roller coaster and as soon as we stop I lean on Harry to make sure I don't puke. " You alright their Dev?" He asks rubbing my arm while helping me out of the cart. "Yup totally okay with puking my guts out right now. " Hagrid laughs and hands the small man a key.

The goblin puts the key in the bottom of the door and it opens wide, for us to see piles soon piles of money.

" Bloody hell...." I trail off. Hagrid looks at me with a mocking glare. " Ay. Not that kinda language.... At least till we get to Hogwarts. " He says laughing. "Now Devon why don't you fill that backpack of yours and Harry you fill this. " Harry grabs the bag from his hand and fills it to the top with coins.

We left our vault and headed towards another. Hagrid walked in and grabbed a small box and tolled us to not tell anyone we were here. We nodded and went off to get our things.

3rd person:

Harry and Devon walked into robe shop to see a boy their age getting fitted. He had pale blond almost white hair, that was slicked back and when he turned around Devon saw his pale gray eyes.

Draco Malfoy was waiting on the women who was fitting him for his robes when he heard the bell ring to the shop. He turned around to see to people around his age. And by the looks of them twins. The boy had messy black/brown hair, green eyes and glasses and was taller then the girl next to him.

Draco's eyes then landed on the girl next to the boy. His breath caught in his throat as his eyes widened in her beauty. She had Black/brown long hair. That had what seemed to be the most perfect curls to it. Them her emerald colored eyes shined as bright as stars.

"Hogwarts, dears?" Madam Malkin said. The two children nodded their heads and she set them on a stool next to the pale haired boy.

" Hello," said the boy, " Hogwarts, too?"

" Yes," the twins spoke together.

" My father's next door buying my books and Mother's up the street looking at wands," said the boy. He had a bored, drawling voice. " Then I'm going to drag them off to look at racing brooms. I don't see why first years can't have their own. I think I'll bully father into getting me one and I'll smuggle it in somehow."

Harry and Devon were strongly reminded of Dudley.

" Have you got your own broom?" The boy went on.

"No" said Harry

The boy looked to the girl his age. "And you? Do you play Quidditch at all?"

" No." They spoke, wondering what on earth Quidditch could be.

" I do --- Father says it's a crime if I'm not picked to play for my House, and I must say, I agree. Know what house you'll be in yet?"

The twins answered no again feeling more stupid as time went by.

" Well, no one really knows until they get there, do they, but I know I'll be in Slytherin, all our family have been---- imagine being in Hufflepuff, I think I'd leave, wouldn't you?"

" Mmm," said Harry, wishing he could say something more interesting.

" I say look at that man!" Said the boy suddenly, nodding toward the front window. Hagrid was standing their grinning at the twins while balancing three ice creams showing he can't come in.

" That's Hagrid," Devon spoke in her Angel like voice.

" Oh," said the boy, " I've heard of him. He's a sort of servant, isn't he?"

" He's the gatekeeper." Harry spoke. The twins were liking the boy less and less every second.

" Yes, exactly. I heard he's a sort of savage --- lives in a hut on the school grounds and every now and then gets drunk, tries to do magic, and ends up setting fire to his bed. "

"Well, we think he's brilliant" Devon spoke coldly

"Do you? " Said the boy, with a slight sneer. "Why is he with you? Where are your parents?"

"They're dead," said Harry shortly. He didn't feel much like going into the matter with this boy

"Oh, sorry," said the other, not sounding sorry at all. "But they were our kind, weren't they?"

"They were a witch and wizard, if that's what you mean."

"I really don't think they should let the other sort in, do you? They're just not the same, they've never been brought up to know our ways. Some of them have never even heard of Hogwarts until they get the letter, imagine. I think they should keep it in the old wizarding families. What's your surname, anyway?"

Bus before Harry could answer, Madame Malkin said, "That's you're done, my dears," Harry and Devon, not sorry for an excuse to stop talking to the boy, hopped down from the footstool.

"Well, I'll see you at Hogwarts, I suppose," said the drawling boy, looking at Devon. He winked at her as she blushed looking down to the floor, while following Harry out the door.

" Bloody git." Devon mumbled as they walked out of the store.
