Her fingers trailed lightly against the cold stone wall. She's never been down this hallway. Hell, she didn't even know this hall existed.
His fingers were pushed deep into his pockets, playing with the handle of his wand. He'd never been down this hallway before. He never knew it existed.
So why where they there?
Two different people of two different houses. Enemy's actually.
Well, I can give you at least one reason. Two words.
Sirius Black.
They were both looking for him. She looked for the one reason of the strange looks she got everyday. The only people that didn't look at her as if she was going to kill them were her main group of friends and Cedric.
Cedric and Devon had become friends during her 2nd year, when she was in the hospital wing after the Chamber of Secrets accident. Cedric was messing around with his buddy's not paying attention, when a bludger straight to the head. And then BAM. Instant friendship.
Draco however followed Devon to make sure she was safe. He'd drawn attracted to the tall black haired girl. Over the summers her hair had gotten darker, her eyes lighter, and more um *cough* curves.
He saw her walking down the hall alone, fingers against the wall. He quickly picked up his pace when he heard her whispering.
"Where the hell could he be? I've looked bloody everywhere"
Draco believed she was going to be okay seeing as the walls were empty. The hall ended at a dead end. Turning around he slowly made his way back to the dorms.
She stood at the end of the empty wall. " Please just give me something to find him. " she said softly as she walked back down the hall way. But quickly stopped as she found a door quickly appearing on the wall. Looking down both halls she quickly went into the room shutting the door.
She looked around at the large library. But she knew this room wasn't what she thought it was. She walked carefully over to a couch; diagonal from a roaring fireplace. There on the coffee table sat two books.
