Kei's POV. Conference Room.

Faria: The monsters distorted by Physis kept increasing day by day.

Gareth: They're clearly far more powerful than the monsters we faced before. They've already attacked three cities and destroyed them.

Kei: ............

Faria: Formerly, Physis was struck down in the battle of Burgot Volcano.

Arthur suddenly appeared.

Arthur: Burgot Volcano.............

Kei: Arthur?

Arthur: It's nothing. It really reminds me of what happened there.

Kei: You mean that is where Physis made its last stand, right?

Arthur: Yes. I'll tell you the whole story sometime. It's kinda hard to explain it on your current situation.

Kei: Thanks.

Arthur then faded as I snapped back into reality.

Gareth: However, there is no doubt that.....but its survivors have clearly regrouped to mount a massive counterattack.

Faria: Even so, we have more forces than ever here at Granseed, we also received funds from various countries.

Faria: Not to mention, we..........have a trump card.

Jou: A trump card?

Faria points at me.

Faria: It's Kei.

Kei: Me?

Faria: It's been clear as day that you are the key in ending this mission. Your hero, Arthur, possessing the power to vanquish all the forces of destruction.

Faria: It's might as well we say that we already won.

Kei: I wouldn't say that so lightly. I learned from Arthur himself that he usually conceals his sword with a magic called "Invisible Air" in order to prevent Physis from alerting others of his identity.

Jou: Worth concealing, huh? Well, I guess your hero is not just hella strong but a smart one.

Kei: No worries. My performance wouldn't be affected that much.

Kei: I got the hang of it and thanks to Jou and Shirley sparring with me, I got to improve myself little by little.

Shirley: It's been a matter of few days and you clearly are a respectable warrior in your own right.

Jou: I agree. Heck when he faced that dragon alone, it seems like he could take it down immediately but chose not to as there is a best way to defeat it.

Kei: Well, I guess it's thanks to Arthur's guidance.

Faria: We can do this.

Gareth: It's a battle we can't afford to lose after all.
