Kei's POV.
After the vampire incident, Gareth and I investigated the room of Mina, the vampire working under Physis. We found out that she's investigating a rumor going around at the academy.
That is, the Ghost of the Old Library.
I left Gareth at the library to do his own investigation as I also wanted to find something but to no avail.
Kei: *sigh*
Kei: Looks like, I have to leave this investigation to Gareth. I'd have enough of investigating secrets and all.
Arthur suddenly appeared.
Arthur: Kei, about the curse of the Old Library.
Kei: Arthur?
Arthur: Promise me that you'll keep this as a secret.
Kei: Why?
Arthur: It's because..........I witnessed, a heartbreaking event. Two people, who were torn apart by their cruel fates.
Kei: Huh?
Arthur: .........
Arthur: I couldn't bear seeing the two of them being torn apart, after all.........
Arthur: They are the ones who resolved theirselves to accompany me, in my very long journey.
Kei: .........
Arthur: Brace yourself, Kei. For what am I about to tell you, is the story of how I met them, across my long, long journey.
Kei: What!?
Arthur: After all, when I met them, I'm already more than five thousand years old.
Kei: WHAT!?
Arthur: I guess before I tell you the truth of the Old Library, I should tell you first, my own story.
Arthur: Excalibur, known by it's two titles.
Arthur: "The Sword of Promised Victory" and "The Sacred Sword of the Planet."
Arthur: Just like I said before, it is designed to counter threats inside and outside of the planet.
Kei: The absolute counter to the power of destruction.
Arthur: Then, we have Rhongomyniad, the Lance that Shines to the ends of the World. But the lance is only a shadow. The real Rhongomyniad is a tower that keeps the world in check.
Arthur: Let's say.........a seal that prevents the destruction of the world from Nestra.
Kei: So the weapons given to you is.........
Arthur: Excalibur, one that exterminates threats against the world. Rhongomyniad, one that keeps the world intact, that is the last line of the world's defense if ever the Silver Hourglasses were to be destroyed.
Kei: !!!
Arthur: Now, without further ado. Let me begin where it all began........
