Gene sailed for days, till he came to see mainland he saw out in the distance. Gene then said, that must be it, the mainland I've been looking for. Gene then reset the sail and headed toward the mainland. When he got to the shore line, he tied his boat down so it wouldn't drift away, grabbed his gear and headed into the jungle. Gene walked through the jungle for a while using his compass to find Rafiki and this hidden monkey city. It Took Gene a while to get through the thick jungle till he came to a cliff. Gene walked by the cliff side and saw the city of monkeys.

He could hear the monkeys loudly! when he approached the cliff side, Gene then headed down the cliff the best he could, trying to be carful going down to the cliff. It wasnt meant to be easily climbed down. Gene got down the cliff coming to a river. Gene had to be careful, cause he could see crocodiles near by the river side. Gene then took his sword and cut down some branches and used his rope to tie them together to make a small wooden raft. Gene then floated to the other side of the river, thanking god he didn't come across crocodiles while going across. Gene then headed toward the city of monkeys. When he got to the city, he didn't see any monkeys anywhere! He was confused? so he slowly walked around. Knowing it was going to get dark soon, so he had to be quick.

Then he saw a boy from a long distance away, so Gene hid himself watching. As he was watching, he heard the monkeys and saw a big monkey singing to the boy. As the big monkey was singing, the big monkey was trying to get the boy to show him how to make fire. Gene then said, I need to find Rafiki! So he went a different direction. As he was searching for Rafiki, he came across a big door and opened it. Gene then went inside the big building. While Gene was looking around he found some stairs heading down deep into the big building. So Gene went down the stairs till he saw another big door. Gene then opened that door and saw a huge room full of bananas and cargo that must of came from ships over the years.
