Chapter 5

Niki's POV

After an 30 minute drive to the fairgrounds we finally arrived. We parked the car and joined the short line that was formed outside of the entrance. We got here early so there were only a few people in line before us. After waiting for a few minutes we were at the front of the line and were giving the lady at the ticket booth our tickets. After we gave her our tickets we entered the fairgrounds and were directed to a line where we would get to meet all the guys at their different stations.

Booth 1: Shawn and Jacob

Booth 2: Aaron and Brent

Booth 3: Matthew and Taylor

Booth 4: Dillon, Chris, and Sam

Booth 5: Jack J and Jack G

Booth 6: Cameron and his sister who came with him

Booth 7: Nash and Hayes

We started at booth 1 and made our way down the line. We reached Cameron and his sister's booth and I was beyond excited. I have always had a crush on Cam ever since I saw him. We walked up to where he was sitting and he smiled and said hi.

"Hey," we replied in unision.

"Can we get some pictures with you guys?" We asked sweetly.

"Well of course" Cam smiled.

After we finished with Cam and his sister we moved onto Nash and Haye's booth. When we walked up I made eye contact with Nash and Hayes and it felt like meeting up with an old aquatince you haven't seen in years.

"Hi," I said smiling at them.

"Katelynn?" We heard a voice from a middle aged woman who had just walked up to the booth.

"Elizabeth?!" My mom questioned back surprised.

It was very weird, Elizabeth and I looked a lot alike. Actually Elizabeth, Hayes, Nash, and I all looked strangely alike.

"Mom, what's going on?" I questioned.

"This, Niki," my mom said taking a pause "is you're birth mom." My mom said while sighing. "I was going to arrange a time for you guys to meet but we both had pretty busy schedules so it was hard to work out. "

"What?!?! So you're telling me I'm related to THE Nash and Hayes Grier?" I asked surprised.

"Baby girl..." Elizabeth said engulfing me in a hug, "I have missed you so much, you have no idea how long I have wanted to reconnect with you. I love you. I have always loved you so much, baby! It's just, there was no way I could have raised twins, I mean, we didn't have a lot of money at the time and I figured a boy would be a lot cheaper than a girl and I just wanted the best for you and I'm sorry, I'm so sorry baby girl." Elizabeth said while crying and still holding me tight.

"It's okay, shhh, it's okay" I said crying too. By this time the whole fairgrounds attention was turned to us and people were videotaping it.

"If I could go back in time, I never would have given you up, and I'm so sorry baby." Elizabeth said, wiping the tears off her cheeks and mine.

"Wait so I have another sister?!" Nash and Hayes asked at the same time.

"No, no you don't!" Elizabeth said sarcastically while laughing and then we were in this big, tight, family hug that felt amazing.

"I love you guys so much!" Elizabeth said in tears.

"I love you too!" Nash, Hayes and I replied also in tears.

After hanging out the whole day, My mom and Elizabeth went away from the group to get something to drink and talk. After about an hour they returned and Elizabeth looked nervous.

"Sweetie, we have something to ask you," my mom stated, "So you have a couple options, you can stay here with us and visit with the Grier's whenever you want, or you can move in with the Grier's and visit us whenever you want." My mom said with a brave smile.

"Um...I mean, I want to get to know you guys," I said looking at the Greirs, "but I mean I can't just leave my adopted family, do you think I can maybe move in with you guys and maybe go to their house every other weekend or something like that?" I asked.

"Of course honey!" My adopted mom said with a smile "And I just want you to know you will always have a special place in my heart."

"Thank you for everything, mommy, I will always love you no matter what." I stated in tears.

"I will always love you too, baby girl." My adopted mom said.

After a lot of hugging and tears she'd we loaded up into cars and header to our house so I could get some of my things. When we got back to my house Raegan and I headed up to my room so she could help me pack some of my stuff.

"So you're really moving?" Raegan asked

"Yeah, but we will still see each other everyday, don't you worry." I sighed and started to pack my stuff. After packing my stuff I walked downstairs and saw Elizabeth, Nash, and Hayes waiting for me.

"Ready?" Elizabeth asked.

"Yeah," I replied uneasily with a smile.

"Alright, let's go! Reagan, you are welcome to come with us if you want, Katelynn explained the situation and I know we can't just separate you guys, so you are welcome to come." Elizabeth said with a smile.

"Thank you, Mrs. Grier." Raegan said with a smile.

"I love you, mommy!" I said hugging her, "tell everyone I love them and will see them soon."

"We all love you to baby!" My adopted mom replied.

And with that I walked through the front door and to the Grier's car.
