"I told you that I will pick you up yesterday itself but for you, your self-esteem was stopping you from excepting the offer, now walk a mile to college and be late for the first day at college", Ruhi screamed into the phone.

"Hey, nothing like that. That Rickshaw driver took a shortcut and then there was an accident due to which the road was jammed, so I am walking towards the other route. You don't worry, I will catch an auto from there and will reach college from there before the bell rings.", Sana spoke while she walked on the road.

She disconnected the call and waved her hand at an auto but all in vain as he doesn't stop. She walks a little further to find another auto when a red Porsche 911 car runs over the muddy puddle splashing all the muddy sludge on her white kurti. Sana gasped looking at the car.

"What the heck!! Aankhein hai yaa button. Badi car mein baite nahi ki sadak par chalne waale log inhe keede makode nazar aate hai.. meri nayi safed kurti kharab kar di.. Pehle hi auto nahi mil rahi thi aur college late pahuchne ka tension tha aur ab yeh ek aur.. ", Sana cried being unheard, alone.

She jerked off the sludge and tried to clean it with her handkerchief and water. Though it was unsatisfactory she walked a little further with her mud stained clothes and got an auto who drove her to college to reach just over 10 minutes after the bell rang.

She tried covering the stain with her bag and searched for the class. She looked at the time as she reached the entrance of the class. She was running 18 minutes late.

Sana: Excuse me Sir! Please may I come in?

Sir: No!

Sana: (Humiliated) Please Sir!

Sir: Please don't compel me to bar you from entering my class for the whole semester. Once I enter the class, no one can enter.

Sana was mortified as she walked away to spend that lecture outside. Her eyes welled up and she wanted to cry somewhere, where no one would see her tears. She went to the college open parking space and as she shed few tears, her eyes were filled with rage looking at the same red Porsche car infront of her eyes. She went closer to it and saw the same muddy splash on its tyre.

I worked hard to get admission here and was so excited to attend my first lecture. Just because of this rich spoilt brat, I was thrown out of class. The owner of this car should know the pain behind people who walk on roads. I am going to teach you a lesson.

She smirked as she took out a hairpin and flattened all the four tyres of the car. She dusted off her hands with an accomplished smile. She then went to the washroom and washed her kurti with handwash liquid soap and dried it using a hand blow-dryer. It wasn't the same as it was earlier, yet it was more presentable than the stained one.

She looked at the clock, there were 5 minutes for the next lecture to start so she went to the class.

Ruhi: So Ms. Sana Awasthi, what a start on a first day? Thrown out at the very first lecture on the first day for the first time in your entire life. What a progress. Would you like to share your experience with me?

Sana: Shut up and stop annoying me Ruhi. I had it enough and don't want to discuss it. I hope you took notes for me.

Ruhi stretched her lips and showed her teeth to display the remorseful smile. Sana frowned.

Sana: I know you aren't habituated of writing for yourself but I thought, atleast today since I wasn't there in the class, you would have taken the notes for yourself and for me for a change. But I must appreciate your determination and consistency. Come what may Ruhi Dixit will never change for anyone in her life.
