04.Seeking Comfort

Tears were sliding down my cheek as the memory of ball was still lurking over my dark mind . Things have been so different since then . Dad changed , I have no idea why my mind replayed that whole night of chaos when my father hugged me it's like I craved this comfort ever since mom death I was alone .

But him hugging me all of a sudden outside my room at four in the morning was different it all felt familiar yet so distinct.

Breaking the hug I didn't have the audacity to look in my father's eyes , as I was scared to see that cold and silent behavior again . Mustering up my courage I looked at him.
I was shocked there was no coldness or void in his eyes . It was something else that held a sad emotion regret I presume.....he regrets putting us all in this place .

Breaking my own trance of thoughts I asked ."Dad ,how are you doing?".
Well that's all I could only ask since I feel like I'm going to be in trouble after the whole club incident.

"Y/n dear , are you alright ?". He cross questioned me .

Heaving a sigh I spoke ." I'm alright dad there's nothing to worry ".

"Oh... there's a lot to worry about young lady , but now is not the right time we will discuss this whole thing in the morning". Dad replied , I guess I'm in trouble now.
I just hope the morning doesn't bring any shit for me .

"Now go and have some rest ". Dad said ;giving me a pat on the back and kissed my forehead.

Oh how much I missed this all . It's a bittersweet memory I can't get tried of.Dad took some step backwards and turn to walk towards his study. Closing the door behind me I lid on my bed and let the deep sleep conquer my body . Today is gonna be a long ass- day .

Life usually does a lot of things to one. But the ending question always remains unanswered . Who did his best, who should be pitied more ;these will forever remain close to the world.

It was eight in the morning when the knock on my door woke me up. "Dear , wake up your father is waiting for your in the dining room for breakfast". John voice could be heard from the other side .
Groaning I woke up ; just the mere thought of what my dad would have decided for me is terrifying. Walking towards my bathroom I got in and did my business later I changed my clothes to a black turtle neck sweater matched with black ripped jean which were paired with white Air Jordans . Exiting my room I wrote a mental note to myself ' beg if it's needed to get yourself out of trouble '.

After a whole night I came to a conclusion on how I can have y/n all to myself . Well my intelligence is on a whole different level I must give myself that credit . After all the mess which was of course created by none other then jungkook , I decided that I'm now going to play the game myself.
All night I made a whole new Identity were I put myself as an government secret agent with seven years of training . Well trained ,guys with moral or what so ever ...this whole identity making thing was fun but took a lot of time since I had to hack in their database to register my id.
Well my plan was pretty simple I will get into Mr. Rim's security team and become y/n bodyguard since her father is already worried sick for his daughter's safety...pretty cool ayyy?.

Well now I'm a part of their security team which I was talking about and we were now moving to the dinning area were I guess I will be able to see my princess after years of stalking.
Hmm...Hardwork has its own sweet taste. But I can wait to taste my princess since she is mine after all .
Moving forward in the line that was being made by the butler so all the the bodyguards were now marching towards the dinning room. Oh I can wait to see y/n. Becoming y/n's bodyguard is a spectacular plane as it will be easy to have an eye on her every movement. And I can sense her coming here in the dinning . Let's just see what the future holds for us.

Heading towards the dinning room was nerve wracking since i was unaware of the future and my punishment. Praying for myself I registered some steps to prevent myself from trouble. Entertaining the dinning room I greeted my father ."Good Morning Dad".

" Morning dear ". I took a seat on his left . That's when I noticed guys ,lots of guys on the right corner of the room . What is happening is my father marrying me off to one of them . Oh in hell I didn't see that coming. I can't marry a stranger . My life is not life those romance novels , were you can marry a stranger and have a happy ending. Hell I can't even stand the fact ......wait I'm pre- assuming this shit here.

Looking at the guys dressed in suit I turn my gaze at dad holding a questionable look. Senses my discomfort he spoke ."Y/n these are the bodyguard which are assigned to guard you , your brother and the house . As for you , you are under 24/7 surveillance . Your assigned guard is going to be with you everywhere except for the powder room" .

"Oh .okay ....wait WHAT!". I exclaimed . What is dad thinking I can't be watched all day I have a private life . This is ridiculous. "I'm dead serious about this y/n , get this in that thick head of yours ". And ladies and gentlemen my cold father is back . Note the sarcasm.
"After that stunt you pulled by going to the club all alone I'm not going to let you roam the city in middle of night all alone ".

It was nerve wracking knowing that someone is following you.

My thoughts are gonna be the end of me.
I turned my gaze towards the bodyguard eyeing them one by one. Hmmm....all of them seemed well build . Their muscular endurance must be sick. Oh....abs ...wait what are you thinking...shoooh dirty thoughts.
My gaze stuck at a guy with brown eyes . Suddenly my breath hitched . I felt my heart beat turn fast .
Those brown orbs seemed quite familiar .It struck me that I can't remember those orbs but at the same time feel connected to them . Like after so many years I found the comfort I was seeking .
" Y/n meet KTH your personal bodyguard " John spoke .the guys set his gaze on me that's when  I felt tickles in my stomach.

This all is going to be a 'Long ride' from here cause I'm sensing some serious 'trouble'.

At last I finished writing this chapter . Damn I thought it would be way easy to upload chapter but exam preparation it killing me .

My exams starts from 17th July and I'm sulking like my life depends on it .
I'm so sad that I can't watch k-dramas. Yesterday I also changed the cover of the story comment if you guys like it .
