Chapter 2: Happy 2 Years

Jesy's POV

I step into the elevator at sometime around two in the morning and straighten my pants and fix my hair as someone else steps in. I look down at the floor to avoid awkward elevator conversation when my eyes fall on their shoes. "Pez?", I question seeing the worn out green and black boots. I look up and she grins at me. "What's got you all happy?", I question. "For one, I just had the most amazing sex, and two, Tori and I are engaged now.", she answers. "Same.", I say. "Which one are you referring to?", she asks. "Both. I proposed last night.", I answer. "Are we telling Leigh and Jade about this?", she asks. "I don't think we should. They're still upset about the long distance thing and I don't think it would be fair to rub it in their faces.", I say.

She nods and we walk to our dorms as the elevator stops. When I open the smell that greats me is of course Jade's natural scent and the smell of other wolves but mainly a single girl. I sneak over to her bed and pick up her shirt that she took off and smell it. "Uh Jes, does Jade smell like a random girl too?", Perrie questions walking over with Leigh's shirt in her hands. "You don't think they would?", I say. "They couldn't.", she says shaking her head. Jade starts moving around and we both pause as her eyes open before closing again. "We've gotta figure out who these girls are and what their deal is.", I whisper pushing her out the door.

She sniffs Leigh's shirt and walks away sniffing the air and drops down out of the window. "This way.", she says turning towards the woods. We walk for a little while before coming up on what looks to be a wolf pack hanging out on their stretch of the woods. "That one.", she says pointing to a blonde wolf that's playing around with four others. "Let's mingle.", I say cracking my neck. I leave Jade's shirt on a tree branch, strip off my clothes behind the tree, and shift before walking around to meet Perrie. She nods at me and we step forward making attention turn to us.

"Are we that big? They all look like little babies.", she says. I huff and sit down to show I'm not a threat. Perrie looks around and stops on the girl she smelled. I look over to see what she's doing and she walks over before nudging her up with her nose. She walks around her sniffing her, I don't know what for, and then nudges the other girl next to her. "These two.", she says. I stand up and walk over to the light brown wolf next to the blonde one and walk around her trying to see what she'd do. I feel someone bite my back leg and look over to see a grey wolf and a white one latched onto me. I huff again and shake them off, sending them back into the orange and white wolf behind them.

Perrie nudges the blonde wolf again and she takes the hint to shift back. "Do I know you?", she questions. Perrie shifts back and I roll my eyes before doing that same. "You can shift too, we wanna talk to both of you.", I say to the other girl. She shifts back and I fold my arms. "How do you know Leigh?", Perrie asks. "Like, Leigh-Anne? She's my friend. We met yesterday when Collin brought her and Jade in from the skate plaza. You must be their friends. You guys are huge.", the girl answers. "So you're only friends? Like no romance going on?", I ask. "I literally just met her!", she says. "Ok then, I'm Jesy, and that's Perrie.", I say pointing to each of us. "I'm Gia and this is Emma.", she says. "We have to go.", Perrie says walking away.

"What's up with you?", I question turning around. "They like them.", she says once we get back on the sidewalk. "Huh? They just met.", I say. "I saw the way Gia's pupils dilated when she talked about Leigh. And Emma perked up whenever we mentioned Jade. And I'll be damned if those girl make a move on them.", she says as she walks into her dorm. I walk into mine and look over at the sleeping Jade who's latched on to the wolf Ari gave her. I put her shirt back on the floor and pull mine off before changing into a pair of pajama bottoms and getting in bed.

Jade's POV

I wake up and look over to my calendar with a smile. It's finally Saturday, which means my anniversary with the most amazing girl in the world. Jesy's still passed out in her bed looking very odd so I get my clothes out and a towel before walking to the showers. One thing I will never get used to is the communal showers. It's weird. I shower and get dressed and grab Leigh and myself an iced tea since we still can't have coffee. She walks down a few minutes later in a pair of shorts and a muscle shirt and grabs her cup. "How much do I owe you?", she questions pulling out her wallet. "You're good. My mood is too good to let you pay.", I say. She shrugs and tucks it away.
