Jesy's POV
After months of planning, promo, and rehearsals, we were finally gonna go on our very first tour. "Do you have everything?", Demi questions. "Everything but my fiancé.", I answer with a small pout. "I have work and other things.", she says. "Those aren't important!", I whine. "You're going out of town for work so why not?", Demi questions. "Don't use my own logic against me.", I huff. "Whatever, just go before they forget you, again.", she says rolling her eyes. I grab my bags and toss them in Leigh's car before jumping on the backseat. "I just got my seats cleaned.", she says. "Shut up and drive.", I say. "Don't quote riri against me.", she says driving off.
"It's quiet.", Jade comments. "We forgot Perrie.", Leigh sighs turning around. Said blonde was waiting for them on the curb looking bored. "Really guys?", she questions loading her bags up. "I told you all to be down here at four thirty.", Leigh shrugs getting back on the road. "Looks like we'll be back in our home towns.", Jade says looking up from her phone. "We're flying all the way back to England? Oh the jet lag.", Perrie groans. "But at least we have Claude with us.", Leigh says. A sneeze goes through the car and we look at the culprit. "Bless you.", I say. "Thanks.", Perrie says rubbing her nose. Another sneeze follows it and a third. "I've blessed you once I'm not doing it again.", I say. "Perrie are you sick?", Leigh asks. "I don't know.", she shrugs sounding congested.
Her eyes flash green and she coughs. "Germs.", Jade mumbles opening the window. "Sorry guys. Leigh had the air cranked up last night.", she says with a sneeze. "You could've turned it down.", Leigh shrugs. Perrie coughed all the way to the airport and managed to stop when we walk through the doors. "There you four are. I thought you were gonna be late.", Claude says. "Sneezy here spread her germs the whole ride.", Jade says with an uncomfortable shudder. We make it through the bag check and move to the pat down. "Am I tucked?", I question. Jade looks down and nods before stepping up for her turn. He runs the metal detector over her and lets her step through. When he gets to me he does the pat down and waves the wand over me before it beeps when he runs it by one of my hearing aids.
"You have something on you ma'am?", he questions. "Hearing aids.", I answer pointing to them. "Alright, you're clear.", he nods. I grab my backpack and sling it over my shoulder before waiting for Leigh. She grabs her carry on and we make it to the boarding gate where Claude and the other dancers are waiting for us. "What are we doing after we get there?", Perrie asks rubbing her nose. "We're going to the hotel and relaxing because the jet lag will be kicking our asses.", he answers. "Then tomorrow it's back to working.", Witter says. The plane ride was less than enjoyable with someone's annoying over grown sperm cell crying the whole time but I managed and we finally make it to the hotel. Jade and I are sharing a room and Leigh and Perrie were sharing the other one.
"Alright, so today you'll be sleeping off the jet leg then tomorrow you have some interviews then we'll get on the bus and start traveling.", Paul, our manager says. Jade gives a thumbs up for all of us and I fall onto my assigned bed. "I don't feel like walking to our room.", Leigh groans falling into Jade's bed. Perrie sits down on the floor and pulls her jacket on tighter. "I have the chills, sore vocal chords, hot flashes, congested sinuses.", she lists off out of breath. "Who are you talking to?", I question. "The lady over there.", Perrie answers pointing to the coat rack in the corner. "Add hallucinations to that list.", Jade says laying her down on the floor. The blondes flushed face becomes more apparent when her hair isn't covering it and I put a hand on her forehead.
"I don't get it, she feels fine.", I say. Leigh switches her hand with mine and hisses as a small amount steam rises from her hand. "Fine? She's burning up.", she says shaking her hand. "You think she's too hot because you're cold and Jesy thinks she's fine because she's warm. I'll check.", Jade says putting her hand down. "You are definitely burning up Pez. Why didn't you say anything?", Jade questions. "A temperature isn't set until confirmed by a thermometer. The most accurate readings are orally and from the rectum.", Perrie drawls. "I'm not sticking a thermometer up your ass.", Jade says squeezing her jaws open. She puts the device in Perrie's mouth and waits for it to beep. "This is not healthy. We're taking you to the doctor.", Jade says shaking her head.
