~Lets set the scene (Also, let's pretend gods age normally, but they don't die just for the sake of the story)
~It was a lovely day on mount Olympus. Y/N had just had her fifth birthday, so they were celebrating, but something goes wrong~
~Hades (POV)~
"Come on Y/N, get out of the pool its time for cake and presents!" I shouted. I didn't know how well she would be able to hear me. I saw Y/N run past the kitchen doorway and sit in the dining room with her uncles and her mom; taking the queue, I lit the candles of her birthday cake and walked to the dining room singing happy birthday, the rest of the family joining in once they saw me. "Ok honey, blow out your candles!" My wife said with pure happiness laced in the tone of her voice. I watched contently as Y/N blew out her candles with a big smile on her face.
Just as I was about to cut the cake, I heard a loud crash, and I heard the door bust open. I saw my brothers and my wife stand up in defense while I realized we couldn't fight whoever was there with a five-year-old with us, so I ran over to my wife and asked her what we should do, and she said, " We can send her to the mortal world I know it sounds cruel now but it the best shot we have to keep our child." I was shocked she would suggest something like this, but I quickly thought about it and realized it was a chance that we had to take to protect her.
I ran and grabbed Y/N; she looked at me in a questioning way but went with it. I ran to Y/N's bedroom and grabbed her some warm and cool clothes and some essentials and her mothers favorite necklace and my favorite tee-shirt, stuffed it in a bag and gave it to her and hugged her and said she would be back and she would see us again soon enough, and then I teleported her to Japan. I sighed and ran back to where the fight was; after a long time of fighting and our house being practically destroyed cause of the battle, I ran to find my wife and siblings. I eventually found them, and we went back to Zeus's house to re-group.
~Y/N's (POV)~
I frantically looked around to this weird place my dad teleported me to. I don't really know where I am, but I know for whatever reason I'm here, it's important. I walked around for around an hour until I found this old rundown apartment complex and decided it would a good enough place to stay in. I found an oldish mattress, laid my bag down, and grabbed my mother's necklace and my dad's favorite tee-shirt from inside. I put on my mother's necklace and then grabbed a pair of shorts from the bag and threw those on along with my dad's shirt, which was like a nightgown on me, but that's fine. I laid down on the mattress and slowly drifted off to sleep.
I woke up to what I'm guessing was around 5:30 because the sun was coming up. I decided to watch the sunrise, so I ran up the stairs to the roof, sat down, and watched the sunrise until around 6:15, I'm guessing. Then, I ran back down the stairs and tucked in my dad's shirt so I could actually walk outside.
~10 Years Later~(Sorry it's a long timeskip, but I don't want to make this chapter so long cause of 10 years of events, and it doesn't affect anything in the story)
I grabbed my purse running outside to catch a cab to get to work. After around 10 minutes we arrived at the cafe I work at. I ran inside and grabbed an apron, and ran to the back to set down my stuff. I walked out and stood by the cash register, waiting for people to walk in.
