CHAPTER SIX

Standing by the window of her chambers, the Queen watches the whole palace as the moon shines upon it.
"The palace does look beautiful," she thought to herself. What a shame the walls of this beautiful palace will be stained with the blood of both enemies and allies.

"No, I can't let this happen. I will not sit and do nothing" She said to herself.

"Dian. I will not be sleeping in my chambers tonight" the queen said to Dian and Dian nodded.

"Get me my special robe" The Queen ordered.

She stormed out of her chambers wearing the rather revealing robe. The robe was made of fur. it is a beautiful white-colored robe that must cost fortunes.

As she got to the King's chambers wearing the robe, she met with a guard standing in front of the king's chambers guarding it.

"Your Highness," The guard said trying not to look at the Queen as she was dressed in such a seductive way but couldn't help himself to glance for a few seconds.

"Open the door, the Queen ordered and the guard did just so.

As she entered, she saw the king speaking with Dryk Bolton the Lord commander about the war that is coming.
"I do not mean to intrude," the Queen said as she stands next to the King as Dryk seemed rather surprised with the Queen's dressing and looked quite distracted and uncomfortable.

"It is okay my Queen, We are done discussing, I shall take my leave," Dryk said and bowed to the king and queen.

"I hope all the men are ready for battle," the king asked Dryk.
"they are my king" Dryk bowed again then left the king's chambers a little too fast.

"I came to see you my king"Queen Aries said as she rubbed the king's back.

" Why are you wearing that, " the King asked not angry but looking at how beautiful she looks in the robe.
"I just thought to surprise you," she said with a firm face.

" I am truly sorry for how I reacted to you in the meeting," King Jonah said apologized

"it's alright my king," she said still rubbing his back.

"I have been so stressed and angry," the king said as he put both his hands on his face. it looked like he wanted to cry.

"Hush," the queen said putting her fingers on his lip.
"let me help you take your mind off things," she said as she removed her robe which dropped to the ground. she was wearing nothing underneath.
The King only kept quiet looking at her with lust in his eyes. He stared at her body like it was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen.

"oh how I have missed the sight of you," he said as he rushed into a kiss with the queen as she chuckled and said
"Easy now. let us at least get to the bed first"

"Of course"
"I love the necklace on you. it's been a long time since I saw you wear it." the king said complimenting his beautiful wife.

"Let's just say I was waiting for a special night," The Queen said with a little laugh.

King Jonah lifted the Queen with her legs wrapped around his body as He kissed her hurriedly as if he had been craving for her kisses and her body forever.

"how I have long for your delicate touch" he moaned in between kisses.

The King walked over to the bed and flipped the Queen gently on the bed as he knelt to her still kissing her as he touched her all over her body. The Queen moaned in pleasure enjoying the king's touches.
She slowly took off his clothes and stared into his dark brown eyes.

"We need wine," she said as she stood up. 

"of course," the king said as he pointed where the wine was, along with the wine glasses since she was closer to it.

"I just remembered the first time we spent the night together. Do you remember?" the Queen said with a smile on her face as she poured the wine into the wine glasses.

" Of course I do. it was one of the best moments of my life" The king said staring at her eager to be with her.

"Mine too. I had so much wine that night. I was scared. The tall handsome prince all the girls in the kingdom were drooling over was all mine and I was scared if I was going to be enough for him. I am indeed lucky to have you" The Queen said with a chuckle as she gave the king a wine cup filled with wine.

"I might have been a prince but I was the lucky one. You were indeed the rare jew. You had men waiting in line to marry you." The King said staring into her eyes.

"I am parched. I would take some wine now. you should too" The Queen said as she took sips from her wine.

The King drank his wine impatiently
" We have had enough wine already. I can't wait any longer to be with you" He said standing up walking towards Queen Aries as he kissed her hurriedly carelessly her skin.
"I want all of you," he said with lust in his eyes.

As the king was kissing the Queen, he felt a little light-headed and pulled back.

"what's wrong?" the Queen asked

"I am okay," the king said weakly as he began to fall to the ground.

"Good night my sweet. Do not sleep for too long" the queen said laughing sarcastically.

She lifted his unconscious body and moved him to the bed as gently as possible and covered him with his blanket as she kisses his forehead.

"One day you will understand why I did it," she said as she laid down alongside him. 

Early next morning the Queen woke up and screamed so loud the entire castle probably heard her.
Guards came rushing in as they saw the Queen crying her eyes out.

"Call the royal physician" she screamed and cried at the same time.

"he is not waking up" she cried so hard it must have hurt.
