Your POV

"I know a place" I spoke up after we received our food.

There was one of those parking garages that were multiple stories high. It was pretty much isolated and away from everything. No one even uses it so I have no idea why it's even there.

It's located near a cliff that over looks the ocean that stretches way over the horizon. And during nighttime, you can see the colourful city's lights reflected against the bay's waves.

I came across it when I decided to go for a lonely drive during one of my previous chaotic mental breakdowns.

Sapnap turned down his music as I gave Dream directions to our destination.

I glanced at Sapnap as he poked a straw into the cup closest to him on the tray and arched his neck to take a careless sip.

"Do you even know whose drink that is?" I asked. He looked back at me and shook his head with innocent eyes. I sighed.

Corpsed took a deep breath, momentarily squeezing me tighter before resting his chin on my shoulder. I comb my fingers through his hair as I watch the the city lights fly past as we drive through the streets.

It was only 3 but the sky was already painted with shadows, the heavy sheets of clouds rolling across the sky, blocking out the light from the moon.

We've been driving pretty slowly. And for a long time. Considering we left at 11. We still had I while to drive as well. I sighed impatiently.

It felt like it was going to rain. I perked up a bit at the thought of a nice calming drink while rain pattered against the windows.

Dream turned the wheel to the right and the car swerved off of the highway onto another road that curved to the left along the cliff edge and up ahead was our lone parking tower.

"Is this safe?" Dream asked, slightly panicked as he drove slowly in circles up the ramps to the top.

"Probably not" I yawned. "But I'm not dead so" I shrugged.

Sapnap laughed. "You've been here before?" He looked back at me. I nodded and he laughed again turning back to the front. I don't know why he was laughing but I didn't really care.

Once we got to the highest level, Dream parked in a corner that granted us a fantastic view of the rough ocean waves that seemed to spread infinitely across the world, further than the eye can see.

The reflection of the city lights moved with the waves as the advertisements that sat attached to tall buildings casted their colourful display onto the waters.

As if on queue, a single drop of water landed in the center of the windscreen. One turned to two, two turned to four. The drops multiplied until it rained violently, the winds directing the sheets of water at an angle against our windows.

The view of the bay became distorted as the trails of water against the glass rolled down. The rain made everything seem more reflective.

We sat there, taking in the picture perfect scene and letting the sound of rain against the tin of the car roof fill our ears.

Sapnap was the first to break the silence as he started to figure out whose drink was whose.

"Darling? You had the coke?" He asked, holding a cup out towards me. I nodded, taking the condensation-covered cup.

"Thanks". He simply smiled.

We sat there quietly, everyone enjoying their own food. I sat with my legs crossed, in the middle of the leftover space Corpse wasn't using. Which was a lot.
