We wandered around a stationary store that Dream had found. It had all sorts of things. Pretty books with eye catching designs, pastel highlighters, fancy looking pens. It held everything we'd need and more.

Tommy had been staying extremely close to me, to the point where it was almost annoying. Almost. But not quite. As I turned the corner, I felt his fingers just slightly brush against my pinky.

I looked up at him, only to find him looking up from our hands, pretending to examine a price tag. I huffed, rolling my eyes as I turned away, but properly gripping Tommy's hand as I continued walking.

"I'm fine, Tommy" I mumbled, squeezing his hand. There was a moment of silence as he opened his mouth, hesitating on how to reply.

"I-i.. I wasn't- that's not..." he stuttered, panicking until he just gave up, warming up to my grip as he sank into the movement and his tensed hand relaxed.

I pulled out my phone, opening the recommended stationary set. There's literally so much shit that I don't even know what to use them for.

• Plain Paper, Exercise books, Post-it notes, Diary/Planner, Dictionary, Thesaurus, Page markers, Revision notes.

• Pencil set, Colouring pencils, Colouring pens, Roller ball pens, Handwriting pen, Highlighters, Fountain pen.

• Gluestick, Scissors, Ruler, Rubber, Pencil sharpener, Scientific calculator, Basic maths set, Paperclips, Ring binder, USB stick, Stapler, Staples, Hole punch.

• Pencil case, Plastic wallets, and Tippex.

"Tommy, what the hell is Tippex?" I ask, genuinely confused. He frowned slightly.

"I think it's twink, that white tape stuff that you draw over your page to get rid of pen mistakes" He assumes.

"... Oh."

We turn another corner, heading to the book and paper section, Dream seeing us and deciding to follow behind too. I feel Tommy's hand tense again when he notices this.

"What is it?" I look up at it him. He seems to be nervous, glancing behind us every few seconds.

"Nothing."

Really? The loud and obnoxious Tommyinnit, scared of Dream seeing that he's holding my hand? I scoff, releasing his limb as we continue to saunter towards the desired isle. He immediately looked down me, desperately searching for the reason to let go of my hand.

"What's wrong? Did I do something?" He asked, reaching for my hand again that hung limply against my side.

"I thought you were scared of Dream" I tease, still not looking his way. I hear him snort.

"Dream's opinion doesn't matter to me" He mutters quietly, making me laugh.

Dream's POV

I see the two holding hands, and notice Tommy's consistent glances that he sends back towards me. I can't help but smirk at his nerves.

Y/n looks up at him, asking him something which he replies with a single word. Though it looks like it may have been an argument as the girl releases his hand and looks away. He immediately protests reaching back for hand. And maybe it wasn't an argument, but instead Y/n teasing him as she looks away again, a smile edging her features. Or maybe instead she's hiding her smile from him because she's embarrassed? Flustered? No. I don't like that thought.

I quicken my steps, catching up to the two, immediately taking Y/n's other hand. She looks up at me, startled. Then she looks confused.

"Hi?"

Your POV

I look up as someone grabs my hand. It was Dream. He looks irritated. I wonder why?

"What's wrong?" I ask. He looks down at me.

"What do you mean?" He replies, leaving me with a question to answer instead.

"You look slightly pissed" I explain, "I wanted to know what was bothering you."

Tommy dumps a few things into the basket that Dream's carrying.

"Wouldn't you like to know" He smirked. I didn't find it funny.

"Yes. I would- that's literally what I-" "It's nothing, Darling. Don't worry over it" He squeezed my hand. I huffed, trying my hardest not to roll my eyes as we made it to the destination.

It took a while, but eventually we got everything we needed into the basket, and headed home.

We set the bags of stationary on the table and I sat down, now realizing that I should have grabbed something to eat this morning before we left.

Wilbur sat down beside me with a bowl of looked to be scrambled eggs. Mid mouthful, he lifted the fork towards me, offering some. I gladly took the food that he fed me with a small smile, until I'd had enough, and felt bad that I was eating all his food.

"Thanks" I giggled. He just smiled in return before finishing his eggs and returning the bowl to the kitchen.

I pull the bags open as Tommy returns from next door, sitting down beside me. I begin to sort out the equipment equally.

"No, you get another one" Tommy objects, moving a packet of sketching pencils from his pile into mine.

"What?" I blurt, confused as to what he means.

"We get two each. I already have two, you've got one, so this one is yours" He says, placing the pencils on top of my other pack.

"Why on earth did we buy so many pencils?" I sigh, brushing my hair from my face.

"People tend to steal" He mutters. That's true. Stationary seems to go missing almost immediately.

I pull the two pencil cases out of the bottom of the second bag, and hand Tommy's to him. Now comes the journey of unpacking everything and naming it all as well.

By the time we're finished everything, it's 1PM. And it looks as though it may as well be the day after Christmas. I collect all the boxing and wrappers and stuff it all into the bin.

The door clicks as Sapnap stumbles through the door, Corpse behind him. I expected George to be with Sap.

"Where's George?" I ask. Sapnap shrugs.

"Oh, he's still asleep next door" Tommy cuts in. I stiffle a laugh.

"O-oh. Okay" I smile, taking my pile of school stuff into my room.
