Ok, so welcome! This will be my first imagine, so don't judge TOO hard! 😂 I hope you enjoy!

"Ahhhh...." I let out a long sigh, letting the cool-ish water flow down my body. 7 months. 7 months I've gone without a proper shower, and now, I embrace the clean water.
7 months, also the amount of time since it all started. Since the last day I went to school, saw my best friend, and the last time I ever felt safe.
The water continues to pour down my body as I scrub at my hair. It feels amazing to get all the collection of grease, sweat, and mud out.
I've have been alone for only a day now, as I did have a group yesterday. Or, more like, a pair. My brother. He had been bitten, and I did what I had to do. Probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my lifetime.
"Damnit." I whisper, as I let a tear slip out. Thinking about my brother made me weak, and I, am not weak. "Its over now" I continue to repeat in my mind. "He's in a better place".
As the water becomes cooler by the second, leaving goosebumps down my arms, I scramble to wash myself.
I got real lucky, finding this place. It's some kind of vacation resort type thing. I made myself comfy and at home in one of the small houses and somehow, the water still ran, but it definitely was not hot. But since I haven't showered in, what felt like years, I definitely make do. Closing my eyes, I get lost in thought, as the water runs down my back.Carl's P.O.V
(is this allowed in a imagine?😂)
As I walk down the hot, lonely, highway, I can see pretty much nothing. With exception for a few abandoned cars, nothing. I walk for another 10 minutes, looking for any kind of shelter, I see a few roofs, from what seems to be a sort of resort place. There's my best bet.
~10 minutes later~
Finally I get to the large resort. Palm trees line the small roads that connect all the small houses. I stop for a second. Hmm... I hear a low buzzing sound coming from a house on the right. Could someone be here? I take out my gun from the leather belt that wraps around my waste. I slowly walk into the house, gun at the ready. The sound of running water comes from a small room down the hall. Could it really be? A shower... But it's occupied. A quiet humming comes from the room. Should I wait for them to come out? The curiosity gets the best of me, and I walk down the hall, into the first room. It's a very odd layout. There is one room, with two sinks, then beside it, is another door, which I'm guessing leads to the "shower room". I don't want to go any further, cause that would just be weird. I don't wanna invade on the persons shower... And I would rather not see a man naked, IF it is a man. I wait for another minute. Still no sign of the shower ending. Maybe if I just look in, just to make sure it's not just some walker that fell over onto the nozzle and turned it on. I slowly opened the door just a crack. There's a toilet next to the shower, with a pile of clothes on the lid. I need no more to look any further, as a black bra sitting on top of the toilet explains it all. I quickly shut the door and take a few steps back. Yeah, the girl probably doesn't want me watching her...
Your P.O.V
Right as I finish scrubbing my body, I can feel the water pressure lighten. Did I really use all the water in the tank? I chuckle a little and turn the freezing water off. Stepping out of the shower, I grab a towel, and dry myself. Feels great to be clean. After I get my clothes on, I step outside the "shower room" and look in the mirror, and attempt to brush my hair out with my fingers. I know, I know, I don't exactly need to look "pretty", but even in the apocalypse, girls will still want to look somewhat decent.
After a while, I feel as if someone's watching me. I quickly look for the gun I left in one of the drawers. Finding it, I hold it in front of me, and spin around, pointing it to the doorway. I'm met with the same gesture. Standing before me is a boy maybe a year older then me. He has long cocoa brown hair, and bright blue eyes. I must say, quite attractive. He is mirroring my stance, gun held up, pointing at me. For a few seconds we stare at each other. Almost as if we read each other's minds, we both slowly put our guns down. "Hi." He says, putting his gun in a belt, that goes around his waist. "Hi." I respond. He smiles a bit. "I'm Carl." He says, and I put my gun in my waistband. "Well, nice to meet you Carl, I'm Y/N" you say smiling, looking back in the mirror. "So, how long you've been watching me? Wait... Did you look in the sh...." "No! No, don't worry, I didn't look in the shower. Seeing the bra was enough for me." He cuts me off, laughing. I blush a little, and continue to fix my hair. His laugh is adorable, for such a tough looking guy. "You know, your hair doesn't have to look picture perfect." He says smirking, walking behind me. "It is the apocalypse." "Hey! What's wrong with a girl wanting to look somewhat ok?" I say grinning. "Well, I think it looks fine." He says. I look at my soaking wet locks and giggle a bit, blushing. It looks terrible. I look at him in the mirror, and our eyes meet. I quickly glance away, continuing to dry and "style" my hair. "So, is there anymore of you?" Carl says, breaking the silence. I chuckle. "Anymore of my kind? Well, there's a fair chance there are more humans out there." You say jokingly. He laughs. "You know what I mean!" He says, still chuckling. I smile. "No. You?" I ask turning around to face him. "Actually, yes. We have a camp a little bit away from here." My eyes light up. "Really!!?" I say. It is so incredibly lonely, being alone. He chuckles. "Yeah. It's really nice. Alexandria, that's the towns name. Huge barricades, about 14 or so full houses, food. And even running water, but you seem to already have that here." He says laughing. Is he teasing me? Why is he telling me all this? Is this a trap? He sighs. "Why did I just tell you all that..." He whispers, and I don't know if it was to me, or to himself. I walk closer to him. "Cause you can trust me." I say sincerely. He frowns. "That hasn't really worked in the past..." He says, looking at the ground. "I promise you, you can trust me." I repeat. He looks up at me and smiles. "Ok." You stay quiet for a while, just looking at each other. "Say.... About the camp... Can-can... Maybe I could..." I stutter. I just can't get the words out. "Yeah, you can tag along." He smiles. "Really! Thank you." I say. I almost go to hug him, but that's probably a stupid thing to do to a stranger. "Before you join us, I need to ask you the 3 questions." He says. "Ok, sure. Ask away." He smiles and continues. "How many walkers have you killed?" "Walkers? So that's what you call 'em." You say grinning. "Well... Ha, I have no idea... To many to count." I say nodding. "I get it, same here." He smiles. It fades over time, and now his face is serious. "Now, how many people have you killed?" I freeze and gulp, looking down to the floor. I sigh. "3."
Carl exhales deeply. "Why?" He asks his final question. A tear slips down my cheek. I quickly swipe it away. Don't show weakness. "My mom and brother were bit, I did what I needed to." I pause, taking in a breath. "The other guy tried to kill me." I breath heavy, trying to keep in the tears. I keep my eyes glued to the floor. Then suddenly I feel arms wrap around me. "I'm so sorry," Carl says. I smile sadly. "I hate asking those questions."
