Mabel soon rolled over and sat up when Dipper's presence didn't go away. She sat up and came face to face with the ghost of her brother. She growled and threw a pillow at him, which only went through him. “You're dead!” She told him sternly.
Dipper frowned and nodded his head. He looked towards his bed and then at the window.
Mabel folded her arms. “What do you want?” She asked sternly. She looked out the window and then back at Dipper. “I'm heading home tomorrow so whatever you have planned isn't going to happen!”
Dipper rolled his eyes. He floated over to his bed and pointed towards the journal that was laying on the bed.
Mabel laughed. “Oh no way am I playing with that thing! Stan can keep it! He wanted it earlier this summer for something so he can have it!” She said. She laid back down. “It's what got you killed so I'm not touching it again!”
Dipper floated back over to her and went to pull on her blankets, but couldn't get a hold of them.
“Good job Ghost Boy...” Mabel muttered. She pulled the blankets over her head.
Dipper sat on her bed and “rested” his hand on her shoulder making chills run down Mabel's arm. Mabel pulled away from him and continued staring at her blanket. She refused to accept that he was a ghost. She didn't want to be reminded.
“Look, Dipper, just leave me alone. You're dead, this is all a hallucination, and you're definitely not a ghost!” Mabel said sternly as she sat up to see Dipper floating up near the rafters.
Dipper looked out the window to see light coming. He looked at Mabel waved as if to say good bye. He hesitated but then cupped his hands to make a heart. When the light hit him, he disappeared.
Mabel felt tears stream down her face. She grabbed her pillow, set it back, and rested her head on it slowly falling to sleep.
