History/Quick backstory: Jasmine was adopted when she was 2 years old. Her biological parents weren't great at well...being parents, so she was taken by CPS. She was eventually adopted by a very nice couple. She grew up in a home of adopted siblings as well as foster children, so she knew that was what she wanted to do when she grew up. Since she was the oldest in the family she helped out with the other kids. At 18 she enrolled in college, planning a Psychology degree. During her college years she applied for the foster program in her state, planning to open her home to be a foster as soon as she graduated. Right now she's got two foster kids (though she has enough space for four kids). The two kids she's fostering right now are Jenna (1) and Bailey (7). Jasmine is actually "licensed" (within the foster program) to take care of kids ages 0-18.
