The Attack

Jack and Raveena seem to like them. They walk over to us as Zarola and Zehira leave school. Raveena won't shut up about how Zehira is super nice and even though Zarola looks cold and mean she doesn't act that way when she talks.

"See I told you that they aren't all scary and rude." say Raveena my brother nods in agreement. Well damn.

"Okay okay Raveena. I won't say anything until I actually get to know them." I say to them and she squeals in joy.

"Yay okay you better atleast try to know them alpha they aren't bad people." she says as she walks away with Jack. I mind link Jack.

'Were they really okay or is Raveena just talking?' I ask him he says back.

'Why don't you talk to them and see brother or are you too scared of Zarola to even try.' he says in a mocking tone. I am not scared of Zarola. I'm going to make him regret saying that.

"We have some news." says Ajax as he looks at his phone. I take his phone and read what the text says.

*News report there has been a murder. Animal attack they say. Ripped to shreds.*

"Fuck and in town to?!" I say angrily. Ajax looks at me.

"You think it could be him?" He says to me giving me a serious and worried look. If it is he is going to regret even coming back into this town.

My sister is on her laptop and she calls me over as I see the news. There has been a murder and it's close to.

"You think it's the target?" She says as she watches me grab my gear. I put on a black long sleeve my black cross my hunting boots and some black jeans. I grab my long black coat and put the hood up.

"Sounds like it he likes to rip people to shreds and that is exactly how this one is." I say grabbing my silver knives. My hand gun with silver bullets and my Katana. Yes I carry a Katana.

"Be careful and I'll keep you updated." she says handing me a ear piece I put into my ear. I head out into the woods taking in the crisp Night air. I can see all the stars and the moon. I sprint easy to where the location is at. I hear my sister talking to me through the ear bud.

"You have wolfs on the scene and one of them is the alpha be careful." she says to me. Damn I was hoping they wouldn't get there just yet. I jump and grab onto a branch swimming myself up and dart jumping through the trees. A few miles and I get to the scene. The body's have been taken out and Ajax and Stark are talking to some other members of the pack as police block off the area. I look around and see there is an entrance into the house from the back. I maneuver to where I'm able to drop without being seen or caught and dart into the house. Everything has blood all over it. Claw marks are on the furniture, walls, and floor.

"This is sick." I say with disgust to Zehira. He is out of control and needs to be stopped. I look around the area for any clues as to where he might attack next but come up with nothing. Why randomly attack these people what's in it for him. The door knob starts to turn and I hide by wedging myself up in the ceiling bars. They don't have a complete ceiling done yet thank god! Stark and Ajax walk in with Jack and Raveena. Raveena looks sick and so does Jack.

"He will pay for this." says Stark pissed and angry. Ajax nods in agreement.

"He is attacking lower ranks first. He is going to tear out pack apart Stark." says Ajax kneeling down examining the marks.

"The police said they put up a fight...his blood in here to I can smell it." says Raveena sniffing the air. She looks confused as she follows the scent and comes towards the couch that is underneath me. She pulls out a silver knife that has found its way under the couch.

"Here." she says handing the knife to Stark. He sniffs it and rage crosses his face.

"It's his blood all right. At Least we know he is injured." Says Stark putting the knife down on the stand next to the couch.

"I want a search party looking for him day and night. Take shifts if you have to I want him found and now." says Stark and all three nod and leave while Stark stays behind looking around the house one last time. They must have meant something to him I shift my weight and a creak from the boards sounds extremely loud. He looks around ready to fight. I stay quiet and take little breaths so he can't find me up here. He looks around but shakes his head and leaves outside to join his pack. I lightly drop from my spot and pick up the knife.

"Zehira i have some evidence of his blood on a knife. That's the only thing i found i'm going to take pics of the house and send them to you. If you see anything tell me." i say into the earpiece as she says yes. I quickly take pics of the of the house and all of the damage then send them to her. I look around one last time as i go back out the way i came and sprint back into the woods. My job is going to get a lot harder with the wolfs searching around.

Holly and James were family friends and great pack members. Their death hits the pack hard as we try to find Arsen. He was banished a long time ago from this pack and told to leave and never come back. I had shown him mercy at that time now i regret my decision. Ajax is heading the first search party while i work on finding out who he may attack next. Ajax mind links me sounding urgent.

'what are you doing right this minute.' he says to me.

'Working what's wrong Ajax.' i say to him getting up from my work pinpointing where he is.

'You have to come i see Zarola in the woods near the house. She is leaving while talking into and ear piece.' he says i feel confused. But tell him i'm on my way. Who the hell is she and why was she near a crime scene. It takes me a while to catch up to Ajax. He shush me while pointing at where Zarola is. She is wearing a black cloak and black clothing underneath. I can see she is carrying a sword. She is talking into an ear piece i use my senses and get some of what she is saying.

"Really so can you take a guess as to where he will strike next." some static from the ear piece then she says.

"Okay we need to keep an eye out and make sure something like this doesn't happen again it shouldn't be taking this long for me to find him Zehira." she says irritatedly. Zehira? Why was she out here. I take a step and a twig snaps i suck in a breath. She whirls around and pulls her gun out pointing it while looking around. She shakes her head and says stupid then begins to jog away towards her cabin.

"Well what did you hear Stark?" says Ajax.

"Well she is definitely looking for someone. Zehira was the person she was talking to.." I say to Ajax. As he looks confused and surprised. I'm going to find out who Zarola and Zehira are.
