CHAPTER 27

Chapter 27: a ride home

I know I shouldn't follow her. if i do it means I have to accept her rejection. I really know I shouldn't.

she was wearing a silver cocktail dress and it was spectacular on her. like it was made for every curve in her body.

and so against my better judgment I follow her into a room. the loud sounds outside was shaded by the walls and miss Eren was standing in the middle of the room. she looked amazing. the most beautiful woman my eyes land on.

she sit on a sofa putting one leg on the other and my eyes drift to her thigh and slowly goes up her curves to her eyes. our gaze looked with each other and I notice the blush on her cheeks.

"sooo. what are you doing here? party because you finally got out?" she stuttered a little after all she was drunk. I don't know if I want or don't want her doing what she did last time. after all we are in a public place.

"umm. yeah"

she nods "I came her to get the courage to talk to you. aka get drunk enough to actually ask you something"

she wanted something from me?

"why do you need courage?" it hurts a little that our mate need to be drunk to talk to us.

she let out a heavy breath "before you.. um ... accept my rejection. wold you want to try and go on a date with me?" oh my god I'm starting to go insane! did I really her that was I imagining things?

I move a few steps closer to her. her eyes were on the ground "really?" I finally get a word out of my mouth.

she look at me with her dark eyes with uncertainty. "yeah"

I didn't not think I just acted pulling her closer to me locking out lips together in a play of fireworks and tangled sensations. I never felt happier in my life. the thought of our mate accepting us. the thought of someone actually caring for us. even if it was for a brief moment made me the happiest I could ever be.

I tried to deepen the kiss but miss Eren had other plans as she just passed out between my arms. I just hope she remember what she said this time. and she really need to learn how to hold her liquor.

I adjust miss Eren and hold her Bridal style.

"Alex? Can you drive to the back of the club and meet me there?" I mind linked Alex.

I didn't want anyone noticing us. yes she said we should go on a date. but she was drunk.

oh and I you were wondering why I called Alex just Alex. it is because every time I try to add miss she would throw something at me!

"is everything alright?"

"I have someone passed out from drinking too much. I don't feel okay to just leave them here"

"do you really need to be the gentleman and damage our party?"

"I ... umm"

"never mind! let us meet at the back in 10 minutes"

"thanks"

"anytime"

I waited for a while then put my sweater on Miss Eren. It was cold outside these days.

I carefully walked with miss Eren between my hands out of the back door. soon enough Alex car parked in front of us. Kim opened the door and helped me put miss Eren inside.

on a side note, Alex would throw something at me if I cald Kim useing miss.

after we adjusted miss Eren position i went in and sat next to her.

"of course you are going to bring her. I mean you too are such good friends after all you couldn't leave her with whomever she came with" Kim looked angry saying this.

"oh come on he is a nice dude! leave him be" I looked at Alex and she had a playful smirk on her face.

"someone huh?" Alex mind linked me "more like your dear mate! did you guys do it so hard she passed out?!" she couldn't help but chuckle after that and kim looked at her confused.

I decided to just block Alex from the mind link.

the car drive was full of Kim and Alex talking about some people they met at the bar. Every now and then Alex would look at me with a smirk and that smirk widened when miss Eren's head rested on my shoulder.

we reached the pack house and it was 1 am. kim took her car and left after saying goodbye. Alex and me went in slowly and I was carrying miss Eren.

we walked up the stairs and into a hallway leading to miss Eren's room. Alex opened the door for me and I went to lay down miss Eren.

I carefully put her in her bed but her hand were around my neck not letting it go. I looked at Alex pleading for help but she just gave me her biggest smirk today as she left closing the door behind her.

after I struggle to get out of her hold without waking her up I finally get out. every skin to skin touch with her is Tormenting me. the electricity running between us. the feelings that come with it.

she is our mate. my wolf and I want to hold her closer take her. kiss every part of her. and make us both happy. but I can't do anything she doesn't want to do. I know that. but my wolf don't seem to get it. he don't want to hurt our mate but he is an animal. and my wolf especially when he takes over. is more of an animal than any other wolf. that is another reason to why I can't get him out.

I kept on staring at miss Eren for a long while. taking every inch of her and put it into my memory.

finally I got myself together. knowing I should leave.

I walk out of her room.
