the one with the labor

camila and chandler rushed into a cab to go straight to the hospital. joey stayed back to tell all their friends that the baby was coming before they all rushed to the hospital as well.

camila was laying in the hospital bed just trying to calm down her contractions. apparently she was already 5 centimeters dilated and has been having contractions all day but she didn't feel them until now.

chandler sat next to her holding her hand in silence until everyone arrived and the room was crowded. once he knew that camila wouldn't be alone he stepped out. ross immediately noticed him leave and followed him. having been the only one in the friend group to be a father he kinda knew what chandler must have been feeling.

"hey chandler, what's going on?" ross asked him.

"i don't know if i can do this man. a baby is a huge commitment. this whole time it never felt as real as it does now." chandler told him completely freaked out of his mind.

"look, i know it seems terrifying and insane but you have to think about the fact that you will have a little baby that will love you unconditionally. and you also have to think about who you're having this baby with, you really lucked out man. camila is a wonderful and beautiful girl. she will be a great mother and the best person to have a baby with. you can let her do this on her own." ross told him, hoping to knock some sense into him.

"yea, you're right." chandler said before rushing back into the room to be with his girlfriend, his wonderful, amazing girlfriend who was able to forgive him for everything.

it had been 3 hours and camila had dilated one more centimeter and the contractions had only gotten worse. but despite the pain she insisted on a natural birth without anything for the pain.

chandler hadn't left her side for a single second. monica, rachel, and phoebe watched as chandler cared for camila with such adoration. ross watched proud at how far his best friend had come. and joey watched in pain, having to see the two become a family while having to push away his feelings towards camila.

finally after almost 5 hours in the hospital camila told to push and she gave birth to her and chandlers beautiful baby girl.

she held her on her chest with tears all over her face at the fact that she finally got to meet her baby. chandler watched from beside her, tears all over his faces as well.

after she was cleaned up and handed back to the new parents, the friends were allowed to come in and meet the newest member.

"oh she's so precious guys." monica said quietly.

"she's so tiny." rachel gushed.

"and she looks just like you chandler." phoebe told him.

"yea except for her nose, definitely got that from camila." ross says once he gets a good look at her.

"and her lips. she's got you're lips too mila." joey says while looking directly at camila.

"so do you guys have a name?" ross asked them.

"umm, yea, we have something in mind." chandler said before looking to camila for her to announce the name.

"everyone, say hello to, Evangeline Ricci Bing."

"or angel bing for short." chandler told them while smiling at his new found love.

camila and evangeline had to stay in the hospital for a few days before they could go home just so they could be checked up on. but finally the day had come.

originally the family would be staying together at camilas apartment for a few months so that they wouldn't disturb joey. but after many protests from joey the couple moved some of camilas and evangelines stuff into chandlers room.

camila was extremely exhausted from the first few nights, every time she would try to sleep the baby would wake up and even though chandler got up many times she still got up as well feeling guilty that he hasn't been sleeping.

they both prayed that evangeline would become one of those children who slept through the night quickly.

as soon as the family of three stepped in the door of the apartment they were greeted by their friends.

"welcome home!" they all yelled at once, scaring evangeline awake from her nap causing her to let out her loud cries.

"oh god, were so sorry." monica apologized for the group.
camila took out evangeline and rocked her to try to ease her cries.

once she stopped crying they all took a seat on the couch.

"so how were the first few nights?" phoebe asked the couple.

"pretty good honestly." chandler said before turning to camila so she could add on.

"yea yea pretty good except for the fact that she won't let me sleep, shower , or eat." camila said and began sobbing.
"i'm so exhausted and it's only been three days with her." she added.

"let us watch her for a while." ross offered.

"yea that way you can get some sleep and clean yourself up." monica agreed.

"you guys would really do that for us?" chandler asked the group to which they all quickly nodded, excited to get to know the new baby.

monica got up from her chair and took evangeline into her arms.
"thank you guys, a million thank yous."camila said as chandler led her into the room before turning around and spoke once more.
"but if she needs anything just wake me up." she told the group.

"no honey, kinda defeats the purpose of us taking care of her." rachel told her before chandler pulled camila into the room.
