One Hell of a Reunion

Quackity?!

The man and the woman both stare at each other. It had been years since Marvi has seen Quackity. She had no idea of his alliance with the Butcher Army, his engagement with Sapnap and Karl, the creation of Las Nevadas, any of that. Until now. That is how long since she had last seen him.

Quackity's confused face turned into a confident smirk "Well we well, if it isn't my daughter Marvi. Glad to see you."

Marvi didn't know what to do she was happy to see him after all these years but was also angry after he had abandoned her just like that. She brought her sword out. "What do you want? What are you doing here?"

Quackity chuckled "Now now now, I wouldn't do that if I were you. I know you are smarter than this."

Bad saw the anger in Marvi's face. "Hey what is your idea Quackity? She hasn't seen you in years and this is how you greet her?"

Quackity had a look of betrayal. "Oh, so you are with them now Marvi? Those egg cult freaks? Thinking sucking up to a demon to get your way into power huh? I know real power. Let me show you real power." He held his other hand out.

She was scared. This wasn't the fun loving Quackity she knew that made her laugh and played songs on his guitar everyday. This was a monster. The Egg caught on with her fear and wrapped a vine around Marvi's hand to reassure her. She gripped it gently.

Quackity saw this and said "Oh so you are friends with this Egg now? You think it loves you? Surprised that it's still holding up after I...exploded it."

Marvi's eyes were beading with tears and her cheeks were beat red with anger. "So it was YOU who tried to explode the Egg? If you really listened you would know the Egg has feelings too. All of the destruction it caused was because none of you were listening to it. After you abandoned me I needed someone to guide me through life. And not Puffy either. I don't need someone to treat me like a child. I'm a grown ass adult."

Quackity looked at Marvi with a straight face for a split second and then burst out laughing. "You really expect me to believe all that bullshit? Can't you see that thing is clearly manipulating you? It doesn't have feelings. It cannot love. It cannot be your goddamn parental figure for fucks sake. ITS A FUCKING OVERGROWN WEED. And it needs to go. One way or another."

Marvi was trying to hold in tears but couldn't anymore and started to weep onto Bad's shoulder. Bad wrapped an arm around her and looked at Quackity with an angry glare with his void like eyes. "What the heck Quackity? You know she is sensitive over these types of things. Thought you would've known that after what happened with Schlatt."

Quackity sighed and shook his head of disappointment and clicked his tongue. "You know I was going to do something special for you Marvi. On my way to my own country and casino, Las Nevadas, I had a little talk with Schlatt's ghost. And I know how much you miss him and I was planning on stealing that revive book of Dream's and revive him for you. Because I actually care about you unlike that stupid red piece of shit. But since you have it all under control with that Egg and that demon Bad of yours, fuck it. I won't revive him. I will just keep the book for myself. I planned to take away any last ounce of power Dream had anyway. So you can kiss that opportunity goodbye!"

Marvi got up from Bad's shoulder and looked at Quackity with red puffy eyes full of tears. "You say you care about me but kicked me to the curb after Schlatt died and saw me as a mirror image of him. You didn't even bother visiting me. It's like I never even existed. All you care about is power. You don't care about anyone other than your goddamn self. Some father."

Quackity felt a feeling of regret but it all ended when more people came out of the hole Quackity came in. One was a boy with blonde hair with purple eyes and a purple suit. The other was a piglin hybrid with an overbite like a boar. He had long pink hair in various braids with some of it down. He had a mighty crown over his head and had a long red royal cape. Their names were Purpled and Technoblade. Soon after, a whole hoard of dogs came running in all next to Techno.

Bad said "That's your backup? A kid a piglin and a liter of dogs?" Quackity gave him the eye. "Yeah, why?" Bad smiled, his fangs showing. "Should've brought more. It's five against 3. You are outnumbered."

Out of nowhere Puffy pulls out a netherite sword. "About to be four! Antfrost you are dead! You used my kindness as a weakness!" Puffy surrounded Antfrost as he was trapped against a back wall with no where to go and was forced to give up to Puffy as she impaled the sword through Ant's chest, taking away a life. Ant was left as a bloody and motionless heap on the ground. It will take a while until he gets his energy back and respawn. Bad and Marvi hopeless had to watch as one of their friends and loyal allies was stabbed to death.

Technoblade then had his chance to speak. "Now that that's out of the way, Hound Army, SIC!"

The dogs did as they were told and went to attack the Eggpire and an all out war broke loose. The Eggpire got their diamond weapons ready and attacked back. They managed to defeat most of the Hound Army but couldn't defeat Quackity, Purpled and Techno. It was no use. Their armor and weapons would break any moment and they knew diamond wouldn't beat netherite. They were forced to retreat.

As Bad saw a clearing he took Marvi's hand and ran towards the hole in the wall. The other Eggpire members saw and did the same. Quackity saw this and ordered Purpled. "Purpled they are getting away! I want you to track them and bring them to me. Much preferably alive. Especially Marvi." Purpled was right on their tails as the Eggpire were running through a series of tunnels to make their way to the surface. When they reached solid ground they ran until their couldn't run anymore and couldn't see Purpled.

They all stopped and gasped for air. The wind from now fast they were running made Marvi forget about her crying and dried up her tears. She cared more about not being dead then stupid family problems. She knew now that she burned the bridge to Quackity...forever. She had no real family left. Not even the Egg. Who knows what's going to happen to it after all of this. Now that it's in the hands of Quackity, that no good casino gambler.

Bad was the first to speak. "Well that obviously didn't go to plan at all." Ponk was wiping the sweat from his face as he briefly took his mask off. "Yeah no shit Sherlock! Now what are we supposed to do? The Egg is now in danger, WE are all in danger. We can't even go back to our homes because they might be looking for us. We aren't safe on the SMP. No one is." Hannah looked at Bad with fear in sadness. "What are we supposed to do, co-leader BadBoyHalo?"

All of the chatter made Bad stressed out that he snapped "ENOUGH! ALL OF YOU! Yes I can obviously see what all just happened and I'm trying to think of what to do but all of your talking over each other is not helping! And-" Marvi put a hand on Bad's shoulder to help him calm down. Everyone was in fear. It's very rare for Bad to get angry so you would have to do something really stupid to piss him off.

Bad looked at Marvi and smiled and took a deep breath. "Thank you. I'm sorry I got angry. I'm just very scared and stressed. But I think I have a plan. Its best if we split up. It will be harder for Purpled to find us that way. I don't know when we will see each other again maybe never but, it's really the only way out of this."

Everyone understood and gave one last group hug before they all went their own separate ways. All was left was Marvi and Bad.

Marvi said "Bad....can I stay with you? I don't think I can make it out on my own and I don't have anyone left." Bad gave her a reassuring smile and held out his hand. She walked up to him and he put his arm around her and lead her to a boat. They then sailed away to wherever to make their new temporary home, away from chaos.
