Chapter 15- Real Life

Nina was backstage on the Ellen show. She had Parker sitting next to her. She was ready to get this over this. She was waiting to get called up. Claire had come with her for support."So you yelled at her on set." Claire just wanted to make sure that she had all her facts right.

"She was asumming." Nina shrugged their was nothing more to it she didn't do anything wrong."It was not my fault she needs to worry about herself and not me and my baby."

"Nina you shouldn't have yelled at her and you shouldn't have told her that you can take him from her. Their marriage is on rocks now." Claire figured that it really didn't mean anything to Nina but she still wanted to see if she could get a reaction out of her.

Nina shrugged she really didn't care."I don't care its her fault she shouldn't have challenged me she did it to herself."

"Nina your up."

She got up and picked up her daughter and headed out she waved as everyone cheered. She went and took a seat in front of Ellen and sat Parker on her lap.

"Hi Nina Parker." Ellen greeted she was happy that they had agreed to come on her show.

"Hello." Parker smiled she was confused on what was going on but again she was only 5.

"Hi Ellen nice to see you." Nina smiled she was happy to be on the show.

"Its good to have you, recently you've broken the internet everyone learning that you have a daughter who is no more than 7."

Nina knew that Ellen was fishing for information and she would happily tell her what she wanted to know."Her birthday is in 3 weeks she is five."

"So you didn't rasie her or your posts are very vauge." It was really hard to tell anything from Nina's post so she wanted to get everything that she could.

"I didn't it was not easy to have her and work and i had a 6 year contract." She didn't really like talking about but she knew that a lot of people wanted to know."So she was with my parents the cast of the originals knew about her she knew them. They would visit see her i would see her as much as i could she knew i was her mom it was long distance and it did take a toll on me i wanted her back so bad."  She never wanted to leave her daughter again.

"So you were pregnant on set." Ellen asked she was getting mixed vibes from what Nina was telling her.

Nina nodded she knew that had also been a huge question was she pregnant on set ."Yes i was pregnant but luckily for me it was a hidden pregnancy so no one knew that i was pregnant but i think they all thought i was." She was pretty certian they had knew that she was pregnant but just hadn't said anything about it.

"So does Parker know who her father is."

And that was the question that Nina had been waiting for. Does Parker know her father."She met him on Saturday."

"Ok so the million dollar question who is Parkers Father thats what everyone wants to know." She didn't know if Nina wanted to tell her who it was but she sure was going to try.

"I think its better if i show you." Nina took out her phone and went to a picture she took and gave Ellen her phone. She had agreed that if they asked about whose Parker father is she would tell them.

"Do you mind if i put this on the big screen."

"Sure." Nina knew that everyone wanted to know who her father was and they had asked so she hadn't done anything wrong.

Ellen sent it to herself handing Nina back her phone she took out her own phone and put the picture onto the big screen. It was a picture of Ian and Parker."This was saturday."

"No this i took sunday." She was purposly saying everything that she was saying."We may have our differences but he is still her father whether or not i like it."

"So you two are not on good terms." Ellen knew that since the break up she had said that they were friends she was sensing that this was not true.

"It depends do you want me to be honest cause then thats a long story." Nina was all for telling everyone the truth they deserved to hear it.

"Honest we have time your the last one for today."

She smiled she was ready to tell everything."I had a rule i do not date coworkers i broke it i was 3 months pregnant when we started dating. We had one time thing before we actually got together at the time we were both focusing on work and i got pregnant with Parker he has apologized but he did ask me to get an abortion we got into an arguement on set i never got a bump so people thought that i went ahead with it." She knew that everyone heard the arguement and they had thought that she actually did it but she didn't."But i didn't i was with her when i could be but she stayed with my parents. I don't know he knew or not my bump did not come in until i was six months and even then it was barley visable. You couldn't see it from certian angles i was always very careful." She hadn't really wanted anyone to know about her pregnancy cause she hadn't wanted it to get back to him."Everyone knows about the proposal i said no but it all went back to Parker and the argument and everything just went down the drain. At the time she was about to be 3 new years came around Nate Phoebe and my parents all planned to bring her to austrailla so i could be with her they knew i was having a hard time off for christmas and new years."She was happy that her friends had arangged for her to be able to see Parker that had been the best time ever. " So i got to spend the holidays with her. When we broke up we were not really on good terms. He married Nikki i stayed out of his way i visited parker i was always supposed to come back for the vampire diaries to finish Elena's story and Katherine's story. We blocked eachother we stayed out of the way i knew that he didn't really want me to come back. We always said we were still friends we staged them photos the truth were we never were friends. When i came back first day i had already been the week before for sizing but first day back everyone knew he was her father he knew Nikki knew she came to my dressing room and accused me of lying and the reason i was coming on National Television me and Nikki have our outs were not really friends civil but not friends I will never be her friend again friends don't marry friends exes. I am a firm believer of the girl code."

"Do you think you can remain civil for Parker."

"I can i won't lash out in front of my daughter because i never want her to see that side of me i can be civil as long as she doesn't try to mother my daughter that is where i draw the line. She tries to mother my daughter and i will hold nothing back Parker is my daughter not hers and i don't really like her to begin with."

"Thats interesting to hear, so having her back how is it."

"Great i missed her a lot. I always wanted her back and now i have her and i am not letting her go and if i ever have to i am making sure that i get her the weekends i can't lose my daughter again."

"Well thank you for coming Nina it was nice to talk to you. Is their anything else you want to add before you go."

"Not really just i want to spend all the time i can with my daughter before i have to go back to work."Nina stood up putting Parker on her waist."Nice talking to you Ellen thank you."

She went to the back where Claire was she stood up and shook her head."Really you were never friends you just said that on live television."

"I don't care maybe now they will learn not to fuck with me time to go."
