My Little Girl(Nian)

Chapter 19

Before she was leaving she was giving Parker her party her huge party she may only be 6 but it was rare she got to spend a birthday with her mom And she was looking foward to it.

The party was ready everything was done. They had decided on doing it at a park to make everything easier.

Nina Candice Kat Phoebe and Kayla had went ahead so that they could make sure that everything was ready for the party. She wanted this to be special for her daughter.

They had everything ready now they just had to wait for Ian to arrive with parker.

"Is she still mad at you?" They knew that Parker couldn't have been happy about finding out that her mother was about to leave.

She shook her head she was thankful for Ian she wasn't sure what he had said to her but her attitude had changed. "Not so much anymore i don't know what Ian said to her but she's had a much better attitude about everything."

"That's good right." Kat asked she knew that it could have  been a lot worse.

She shrugged she wasn't sure she knew that her daughter didn't like that she was about to leave. "Yeah i guess but she knows that i am leaving today. And that attitude might very much change especially since it's her birthday."

"Parker loves you and is terrified of losing you that is it that is all." Candice knew from when Parker first got back with Nina that she was so scared of losing her mother again. 

"I know but that doesn't make her any less angry with me." She didn't like the idea of being away from her daughter no more than her daughter was scared of losing her. And she had half a mind to cancel right now. She had promised her baby that she wasn't going to go anywhere. But she was breaking that. " I promised her that i wasn't going anywhere."

"And you aren't she will still see you every weekend." They were still going to see each other and it wasn't like this was going to last forever. "You guys will find a way to make this work you just have to give it time."

"I wish i could but i am worried she hates me my own daughter hates me because i am abandoning her after telling her that i would  never do that again." She had promised and she couldn't even  keep it, the idea of leaving was taking a bigger toll on her than she had expected. "But what am i doing-"

Candice grabbed her friends by the shoulder she needed her to hear this. She needed to hear that everything was going to be ok. "Nina calm down everything will be fine. She will forgive you do you want to know why?"

"Candice."

"No listen it's because she is your daughter and your her mother and she loves you and always will." She knew that they were going to get through this and nothing was going to stop that. "Everyone knows when your mad at someone you love you can't help but forgive them. It's in our nature."

That wasn't true she loved Ian and had always had but she couldn't find it in her to forgive him. "I am a living example of that is not true."

"Says who?" Kat asked she didn't believe that they weren't getting back together.

If Nina's friends could agree on anything it was that they all could see Nina and Ian getting back together. They had no doubt that it was going to happen. "Yeah we all know eventually you and Ian are ending up back together and none of us have doubts about that."

"Danielle even said it we know it will happen." Kat had to agree they all seen it coming no matter how much Nina denied it.

She shook her head she wasn't focused on dating she was focused on her daughter. "I doubt it my focus is my daughter not dating her father."
