🚨Chapter 9🚨

Destiny Reign Harris-
(3 weeks later)

I woke up and it was Wednesday and I did not feel like going to school at all, but I'm gonna go. I tried to get up but Tae's heavy ass arm was holding me down.

"Tae move your arm." I whispered and he opened one of his eyes and then closed them again

"Just stay here." He said in his deep raspy sleepy voice he was very tempting but I need my education

"I have a test to do and then you can come and get me after okay?" I said because I'm not tryna be at school all day anyways

"Okay." He said then lifted of his arm

I went to the bathroom brushed my teeth washed my face and then hopped in the shower. After scrubbing my body for like 10 minutes I just let the hot water run over me for a while before my mind started to run.

Over the course of a couple months my life has changed from dreading to step foot in my house to becoming a person who loves being home. No this isn't my house but it's home to me. Now that I think of it this has always been home. The place I felt untouchable.

I shut off the water and got out of the shower. I dried off my body then put Vaseline all over my body then wrapping myself in my towel. I walked through the room so I could get to the closet but when I got to the other side of the room I could feel eyes on me.

"Stop starring at me." I said not even looking back and continued to his closest.

"They're my eyes I can look where I want to look." He said and I could hear he got out of his bed and headed to the bathroom

I looked through my clothes that were no longer in bags, but they were hung up. I haven't had my clothes hung up since I was little.

"Do you like your dress." Mommy asked sitting on my bed watching me try on my new clothes I had gotten from target the day before

"I look like princess Tiana mommy." I said twirling around

"You look like princess Destiny I heard she's even better than Tiana because my baby was never a frog." She said laughing and kissing my cheeks which quickly stopped once we heard the front door slam like usual

I hid in the closet like mommy had told me to do when daddy came home. I looked around my closet and noticed that all my clothes were in bags.

"Desirae what are sitting here for and why isn't my house cleaned!?" Daddy yelled

"Me and Destiny lost track of time I'm sorry." Mommy said and I could see from a crack in my closet door mommy had her head down not daring to even glance at daddy fearing the repercussions

"Where is she at anyway?" He asked as he looked under my bed and behind my curtains looking for me, but I'm good at hide and seek so he'll never find me in here

"Oh she's playing with the kids in the neighborhood she'll be back soon." Mommy said lowly and I could hear those heavy foot steps leave my room and I popped my head out of the closet.

"Good job baby girl you were so quiet." Mommy whispered into my ear before giving me the biggest embrace

"Mommy why are all my clothes in bags?" I asked sitting on her lap

"Well baby we're gonna take a long vacation with out daddy soon so I just helped you pack." She said rubbing her thumb across my face

"To Disney world?" I asked getting excited
