🚨Chapter 6🚨

It's been around 10 minutes of silence and I
couldn't take it anymore. I hated silence the quietness made me feel uncomfortable. It probably comes from always being on edge because my dad would burst in my room randomly at night.

I know my dad he's home but I can't hear him no foot steps or breathing. Tears are now rolling down my face and I'm shaking uncontrollably from fear.  That's when I heard the click of my door being opened.

"Destiny." He said once to see if I was awake

I didn't reply I'm too tired to respond and maybe if I'm not awake he won't hurt me.  I began to get more comfortable as if I was going to sleep actually, but I was careful not to move around too much.

"Bitch I know you're awake you don't want to spend time with your daddy?" He said and that's when I felt the cold metal on my spine.

He was tracing my back with his gun. Up and down the freezing metallic pistol would go on my back. I could feel the hairs on my neck stand up. I felt a tear come out of my eye but I couldn't sniff or he would know.

"My Princess it's going to be such a great joy to reunite you and your mother. I shouldn't have taken her away from you so early." He said as if he was thinking out loud

"I should've let you get to know each other more so when I killed her it would hurt you even more." He continued and he laughed as he left my room and back to the unsteady silence not knowing when he would return.

"Tae would you please talk to me?" I pleaded as I looked over at him

"What do you want me to say?" He said and his voice sounded deeper and angry that always happens when he's upset

"Maybe you could say Destiny I know you didn't mean any harm and I saw you trying to get away from him so we're cool." I said with sarcasm and irritation in my voice.

"As if I'm going to say that shit." He said as we approached a red light

I know he'll come to his senses later on tonight so I'll let him be all petty for now. I looked in the back seat and Xuri was sleep like usual I'm guessing he picked her up from daycare on his way to get me. My thoughts got disturbed by a call from Ariel. I answered:

"Hello?" I said

"Des what the fuck have you been doing?" She replied

"What do you mean nothing at all." I said trying to thing of what she could be talking about

"Well how come I saw your little love triangle on the school Snapchat." She said laughing

"Huh?" I said totally shocked

"Girl how didn't you know about the school snap?" She said

"That's not what I'm concerned about I'm just confused as to what love triangle you're talking about." I replied making Tae look over at me

"Girl they have you Tae and Issac having an argument or something." Ariel replied

"Why are people just now interested in me." I said a little irritated

"I don't know girl but my mama is tripping right now I gotta go." Ariel said

"Okay bye love you." I replied

"Love you too Dess" she said before hanging up

I put my phone away and noticed that Tae was staring at me. I pretended I didn't see him and he just continued driving.

We reached the house and I went to the car door and opened it getting Xuri out of her car seat because she was still sleep. I took her into her room and put her on her bed. I went straight to the kitchen cause I school made a bitch hungry. I got some hot fries and some water.
