Midoriya's POV
Four years has passed since graduating UA and honestly, my life couldn't be better.
I am the number one pro hero now in Japan, followed by Kacchan, then Todoroki.
Kacchan and Kirishima are usually a duo and battle off villains with one another. It makes sense seeing as they are together. The two of them have been dating since graduation and I couldn't be happier for them.
We all have been through a lot, especially during our time at UA and it's good to know we've succeeded in becoming pros and are living happy lives, saving others along side the people we care about.
Ochako, Iida, Todoroki, and I tend to switch off working with one another. Most of the time I work with Uraraka seeing as the two of us are now officially engaged.
We started dating our last year of UA and I proposed to her only a few months ago.
I knew the moment she said yes that the rest of my life was set and I was excited to see what new adventures our lives would bring.
"Izuku." I stood from my seat and walked over to Ochako who had just entered a restaurant the two of us decided to meet up at.
I hugged her and pecked her on the lips. "How was work?" I asked walking her to our table and pulling out her chair for her.
"It was quiet today, which is odd, but I got a lot of paperwork done, so that's good," she said sitting down.
I sat across from her and picked up my menu to figure out what I wanted to eat.
"What about you? How was your patrolling with Iida today?" She asked me, also picking up her menu.
"Caught a villain or two that was trying to rob a bank. Not the most creative act, but I guess it was worth a shot for them," I told her. "One of them did have a really cool quirk, though. He had super strong legs that allowed him to jump as high as he wanted without injuring himself. That's how he got in, by jumping on the roof."
"The bank is several feet high, I'm surprised anyone would be able to pull off something like that," Ochako said, surprised by the guys quirk.
"I know! It even protected him when he broke the skylight and jumped all the way down. That's at least a sixty foot drop!" I droned on, still impressed with the guys quirk, but sadly remembering he is a villain.
The waitress came up and asked what we wanted a few minutes later. We both ordered something different that appeased to us. She then walked off to give our orders to the kitchen staff.
"So. I know you didn't want to eat out for fun halfway through the week. Is there something on your mind?" Ochako asked me.
I laughed nervously and scratched the back of my head. "You caught me. It's work related, actually."
"Alright, well what is it?"
"They've assigned Todoroki and I to gather information on that new villain organization in the next city over and I know we were supposed to work together for the rest of this week, but-"
"But you couldn't pass up the opportunity," she interrupted.
I nodded my head in confirmation.
She sighed. "I don't understand what your obsession is with this new group of villains. There's nothing new or special about them and you're right. This is supposed to be our week together. We already switched things around two weeks ago because Iida needed your particular quirk for the situation he was in. I have barely seen you at all in three weeks!" She expressed her opinion, one that I knew she would give, which is why I wanted to take her out for dinner tonight.
