Kirishima's POV

"Deku usually hums in the shower."

I glanced at my boyfriend. "How do you know that?"

"I grew up with the idiot! Of course I know he likes to sing to himself while showering!" He yelled defensively.

I just frowned and looked back at the door. "Something's wrong then," I said and quickly opened the door, bursting into the room. "Midoriya!" I called, still no response, but the shower head was on and the room felt very humid. The curtain was drawn back all the way and I called out Midoriya's name again, but I still received no response. Fear pulsated through my veins and the worst thoughts flooded my mind.

In one swift move, I pulled the curtains open and sure enough, I saw the green haired boy.

"Shit. What the hell?" Kat cussed and quickly turned the water off, turning to find a towel.

The scarred boy was sitting down, leaning up against the wall of the tub. His head was off to the side and his eyes were closed. He was curled up tightly in a ball, his body defending himself from the cold water. He had a lot of bruises and several cuts around his abdomen, chest, stomach and other such places, but I don't think they were self-inflicted. They looked to be defensive wounds, like he was fighting.

I knelt down next to him on the floor of the bathroom. "Midoriya," I called shaking the boy. At first, there was no response, his pale skin seemed to just get paler.

After shaking him a few more times and calling out his name even louder, he finally began to stir. He groaned and slowly his eyes fluttered open. They were clouded over and unfocused. "K-Kiri?" He called in a quiet voice. He began shivering from the cold, his teeth chattering and lips turning a little blue.

"Kat, hurry!" I called, knowing the boy had been under that cold water for way too long.

"A-Am I in the s-shower?" He questioned, slightly slurred and looking around himself with still hazy eyes.

"Yeah. Do you remember how you ended up this way?" I asked right as Kat came back in with a couple of towels. He bent down beside me and he helped me get Midoriya out of the tub and wrapped in the big fluffy towels. Katsuki set him to sit on the counter top in the bathroom, so that we could continue to help dry him. He was still very out of it and I doubted he'd be able to stand up on his own for very long.

Midoriya did not answer my question for awhile and none of us asked again, too focused on getting him back to normal temperature.

After drying him off, I left to grab some clothes and came back, leaving them on the counter. It was just a simple hoodie, underwear, and some sweats, sticking to things that will help keep him warm.

"We'll wait for you in your room, okay?" I said.

He nodded and the two of us left, leaving him to get dressed on his own.

It only took him a few minutes before the door opened slowly and a very exhausted Midoriya stepped out.

I quickly helped lead Midoriya to his bed. "N-No," he exclaimed, pulling away from me. A look of despair crossing through his eyes.

"Midoriya?" I called, confused by his reaction.

"Downstairs," he said and turned, heading for his bedroom door.

He got maybe a few steps away from us when I noticed him swaying on his feet.

Kat and I looked at each other before grabbing each side of Midoriya's arms and helped him down the stairs like he had said.

He sat on the couch and curled up into a ball. I grabbed the blanket that was flung over the side of the couch and threw it over him, knowing he was still very cold.
