I was facing my dad behind the house where he'd died. I didn't even look at him. Already my anger was boiling. I looked over the lake, ignoring his attempts at getting my attention,
"Grace" I didn't answer him, "I'm serious Grace. You can't save her alone. I can help you" He sounded desperate as he'd been trying to get me to tell him how to open a rift. I didn't know but I'd rather keep that to myself. His face was a lot more animated than I'm used to seeing him as he's normally so calm and reserved. Even when he's angry. This was not my dad.
"Maybe you should already know" I turned to him, raising an eyebrow now. I wanted them to be very, very cautious about the next thing they do. They dialled back and seemed to calm down,
"I'm worried about you Grace"
"You're not worried" I shot back before he could continue. I've seen my dad worried. My laugh sounded cruel, not like me at all but then I've never been so riled up before, "Mind games. As if I wasn't used to it already" They froze,
"What are you talking about?" I rushed at them and grabbed their collar, pulling them down so I was in their face. Their face went through various reactions before landing on being stone cold,
"How safe do you feel?" I asked, "You're in my head" My grace swirled within me in a way it didn't normally. It was restless and I was pissed. I wanted them out. A feeling of electricity flew through me and throughout my entire body, "Get OUT!!" It wasn't something I'd felt before but when I opened my eyes, the figures closest to me were thrown back, one crashing through the window. I was sitting on a chair in a dusty old building surrounded by angels. I wasn't dead and there was no sign of Jack so I figured these weren't the ones that chased after us. I made it. I don't know if I should be happy about that considering my position. All the angels had been thrown except one. He'd stood firm against my outburst and stood across from me. I'd met my fair share of archangels considering there's only four. Gabriel and Lucifer from my world and there was no doubt in my mind that I was staring at Michael in this world. He gave a whistle,
"Quite the hothead" He wasn't impressed though. His face was still cold. I didn't say anything but I wasn't impressed by him either. Such a sloppy imitation of my father,
"If you'd actually been paying attention, you'd know how that worked before" I shot back, gritting my teeth. He wandered up to me and as he got close I realised there was nothing holding me to the seat. I stood as he got close, preparing to stand my ground. He grabbed my collar and lifted me high enough that my feet barely touched the ground. He was tall too. I was stuck on my tip toes, walking with him to a room where he tossed me in like I had no weight to me. It's times like this when I realised I got more respect from the devil than I did from an archangel. Because sure Lucifer hunted me down with his dog but he also had some regard for the fact I was able to evade Crowley for so long. I stood up and glared at him as he locked the door in my face. Once I heard the footsteps leave the door, I started looking around the room. The walls were covered from head to toe with enochian. My hand glided across the letters that were scraped into the wood and peeling paint. One phrase I'd seen so often, I knew without any translation. 'He's a liar'. It was practically engraved into the walls. I looked back and saw him sitting in a corner. He looked like the visions I'd seen of him, "Kaleb?" I asked. He nodded. His blonde hair wasn't as long as Sam's, more like Dean's if he hadn't cut it in a while. It swept to one side. I looked over the rest of him. His shirt sleeves were rolled up to the elbows and his left hand was severely misshapen, "I've seen you before"
"I tried to reach out to you" He said, "Then Michael found out and took over"
"That was the first time he controlled me" Kaleb nodded, looking down at his left hand. It looked like it had been broken so many times and healed again. The skin around it was red and raw and the wrist curled in a way that didn't look comfortable or natural. He wore his brown waistcoat but he didn't wear a cap now,
