What if deku trained before all might came? What if deku develop something after all might gave his quirk? What if deku met all might early? What if instead taking the abuse without doing something he did tried to counter it?

AN(Hello there. I am AJ and I am back with another chapter. I hope you like it. Let's begin the chapter.)
The next day again izuku slept and woke up in OFA. He saw his surroundings and it was the same as before. The first user came to him and said "Ninth you are unintentionally calling our quirks." Izuku was confused how he could have cslling a quirk of the past users.
The first user said "While you are flying you are calling 7th's quirk which is float. While you require stamina you are calling 3rd's quirk which is stamina booster." izuku nodded his but asked "I can't have that quirk right?" the first user shook his head "You will not get there original quirk but you will get there copy. The difference between original and copy is that it don't copy the backlash of it. OFA copys the quirk of the user and its echo when they die they come here. Now we have decided that first we will give you 7th's quirk which is float. "
Then Nana came forward and tapped izuku on his head and all the memories of the quirk came to him and the quirk. Izuku woke up screaming and OFA going berserk again. Inko again came into the room and saw izuku like that scared her. Izuku then a float for a bit but then stopped and dropped down. Inko rushed to her son snd asked izuku while crying "What is happening izu?Why your quirk is doing like that? How did you float?"
Izuku got to his senses and saw his mom near him then he said "Mom my quirk is a little to much for me in sleep so mom I am requesting you Can I go to another city to control my quirk?" Inko nodded her and said "Don't do overwork yourself. I will arrange it for you. How much time do you think you want to control it?"
Izuku said "I think I would take two month to control it. Thank you so much for accepting it." Inko just patted her son's head. Next day izuku told all the things to all might and gran torino and both were honestly shocked that izuku had Nana's quirk and that he can have more quirks. Then izuku said" I am going to another city to control float and OFA has already gone berserk two times at my home and my mom is honestly worried for me. So I will take some break for two months and work for float and before you say you are coming I already have all the knowledge for float quirk because it came with the quirk. So I will take a break. But I will do the physical training but not a lot. "
All might and gran torino were hesitant at first but they agreed after all. The next day izuku moved to the other city and rented a apartment there. He unpacked his stuff and took the rest of the day off.
The next day he took off to a forest to train his new quirk float. After some hours he got some control but he couldn't switch his directions fast. He exited the forest and was going to a cafe to get something. He saw caius at a block and he got there and saw a blue haired girl fighting a blue giant monster. AN(Which was like sludge monster but had one eye.)

It looked like the girl the was losing and the monster was abou to do the final attack. Izuku looked around and he saw that no body was going to help her even the heroes so he took tge matters in his oen hand s and changed OFA and lightning cackled around him and he jumped in the air and smashed the monster right in the eye with 20% and the monster screamed a lot. He activated float and catched the blue haired girl and she was little injured but nothing that she can't handle.
The monster eye was the main weakness that is why it splattered and it got together but was unable to return to that state and the police put the quirk damping handcuffs and he returned to a normal human. They took him to jail on a van. The blue haired just stared at her saviour he was handsome and had a lot of muscles and he was hot for her.
She had some blush mark on her cheeks because she was catched bridal style. He then asked her "Are you ok miss?" she didn't said anything for a few seconds and was staring at the green emrealds eyes. Then she nodded her head and he layed her down and checked her and he saw that she the scratches and the bruises. He took out his medical supply from his bag. In it he carries dumbells, medical kit, water bottle, handkerchief and money.
He caries it to the place he trains and keep medical supply if anything happens to him. He bandaged her at the part and took care of the bruise. Nejire was just staring at him and izuku said "Its all done and you can go. Oh I forgot to introduce me I am Izuku Midoriya and please call me izuku and you?" Nejire didn't said anything but when izuku waved his hand in front of her face she got out of the shock and said "Sorry I am Nejire Hado."
Izuku nodded his head and was about to go but stopped when nejire asked him to stop. He turned around and nejire asked "Thank you for saving me and by the can I ask what is your quirk because it looks like you have a strong quirk." izuku nodded his but said "Its is not nice to ask for another's quirk before saying yours but my quirk is element manipulation. It allows to manipulate any element." izuku then made a ball of water from air.
Nejire was impressed and said "Sorry my quirk is wave motion it allows me to shoot wave out of my hands and feet." she showed by creating wave in her hand but didn't shoot it. She said "You have a strong quirk but you are not allowed to use it." izuku said "If I can save a person which needs help I can and will break the rules to help them." Nejire was going to say another thing but heard a cough behind her.
She turned around and saw ryuku and she asked "What are you doing here?" then she saw izuku behind her. "You are the person who saved her but you used your quirk I do not approve it but you saved her and a lot of people so I am not saying anything." izuku nodded his head and left. Nejire just started at him when he leaved and ryuku saw this and teased her a little and asked" Oh my nejire do you got a crush on him. I approve it. Do want me to dig something about him "
Nejire nodded her head but got flustered and left covering her head with her hands. Ryuku just laughed at the antics.
